I recently had total knee replacement surgery. I was introduced to cupping by my Physical Therapist. Part of my knee has an occasional numbness to it. I can cup the area and it helps to circulate the blood flow so that I have feeling in that spot and less pain. This product is great and I would highly recommend!!! I discovered with these cups when I had massage. It should be 90 min massage and she asked me if I was familiar with cupping therapy. And I answered no, but that I was open to try. Wow!!! I must say. It was so painful initially, but so relieved after trying. I felt no pain and I have to confess that is so much better then have a real massage by hands. I've tried all kinds of massage and treatments that you can find out: bamboo therapy, shiatsu, deep tissue, accunpunture, hot stone, heiki, chiropractic etc. And the cups worked well for me. I suffer with low back pain for years. I had all kinds of exams to try to find out why. Different specialists, medicine for pain, but nothing seemed to work. As you know, schedule a massage is really expensive and do it often, sometimes you can't afford the treatment and it's frustrating. So, discovering these cups was a huge relief for my pain and for my wallet. The suction is awesome. However, don't use it if you are going to the beach or expose parts of your body, just because your skin is gonna have red round marks. But only because of that.

These are hard to press down for suction so I had to just press inward. I had read that they were hard but I didn’t think it would be a problem. They are hard to use unless I have someone else help. The quality is good though. The smaller sizes aren’t as difficult to press but they don’t cover a lot of area.

Nice set. Good addition to my massage practice. I took a cupping certification course in the past using the glass cups. These are much more user friendly and can use them in many different ways than the glass. I love that I can glide them and not just use them stationary. The thickness is good, clear is a must, and the nubs provide extra grip. Good price for a decent set.

These are strong cups! Work great. Because of the thickness of the material it is sometimes hard to squeeze them hard enough when working on yourself (reaching behind your own back). Otherwise they work great on clients and are easy to use (I am an LMT). This is the brand and style I recommend clients to buy if they are considering a home care tool.

Thought I would like these. They disfigure into an oval 😣 They are hard to hold, hard to squeeze. So difficult that I rarely use them. I like the ones with a beveled like handle. They stay round, easy to apply and move.

As an acupuncturist Who is accustomed to the tremendous suction of fire cupping (using traditional glass cups), I was unsure if this silicone option would be thick enough for “walking”/moving cups while suctioned. I was impressed by the thickness, ease of use and suction power of these. They will not replace my glass cups in regular practice but are fantastic for travel. Were delivered very quickly after ordering. Nice!
