Only one of the speakers is working what can I do to fix this?

What is the bass like on these speakers?

From my own viewpoint, it’s a lot better than I had been expecting from a c.£20 Bluetooth headset. I’d personally say it wasn’t ‘tinny’, but also wouldn’t claim to say it’s ‘rich and baddy’ either. From my perspective, it’s a nice middle ground for the odd audio call into my motorbike helmet, and lets me listen to the odd bit of music without it drowning out the background traffic too much through too much bass or too much volume. What's the difference between these and the other headphones sold by yytfy on amazon that look identical and have the same spec?

Not much just nice to have no wires as it’s fully Bluetooth and easy to connect. The sound is decent enough for the money. Best Buy I’ve bought I’ve had it 2/3 years with no problems and it charges fast.
