A coworker told me about this stuff and I love it! I haven’t notice an increase in growth in terms of length, but I have a LOT of new baby hairs (love) in spots that had thinned out and it’s been maybe 4 months at this point? Incredibly affordable, and it feels great in my hair. They also have a Midoxl trio I like to alternate with!

I've bought this kit through my friend's recommendation and unfortunately it has not worked well for me. First I must say I did not do the 15 min process for the treatment or 5 min for the rinse, so that may be the reason it did not work. However, who has time to do all this on a regular hair wash? Anyways, after using the products my hair did not get smooth, it was hard to detangle and it does not look good. FYI, I don't have a "difficult hair", but I'm spoiled with using saloon brands.. So maybe I should not expect the same results from a kit that altogether cost less than my regular shampoo? I give 3 stars because it smells good and it is somewhat natural and since my friend said it worked well for her, it may work for you.

I use the shampoo and rinse. I do not use the small jar of conditioner.
