MUST have for little ones on long flights
I was hesitant to buy this but I was so happy I did. This pillow saved me and the person in front of us. My son is a restless leg kicker and him being able to put his feet on this was a game changer. He could push on it, smush on it, or just relax on it depending on the level of inflation. He could also use it to lay on. During portions of our flight i even put my feet on it and it’s pretty comfy. It packs up small and we easily stowed it in his personal item. Now the pillow isn’t hard to inflate per se, but it def takes some getting used to and you have to make sure the nozzle is pulled out and the flap is open. It’s also a little hard to get find a sweet spot for sturdiness while also being able to fit it into the space in front. If you have a budget airline or a small plane, please read: We had a 8 hour flight on Lufthansa (super tight plane) and a 7 hour flight on United (larger plane). The Lufthansa flight feet space was really tight so I had to smash it in really hard, partially deflated, with the nozzle up, then finish inflating it while it was on the floor. You will then have to deflate it 90% id say to get it out of that opening. Did I get crazy looks during the inflate/deflate process - sure. After the flight, everyone wanted to know where I got it from.

Awesome little thing!
This is a heinous little product! We bought this as we have a coast to coast trip coming up and thought it would be a useful thing to have in the car. We just tested it in a long drive we had and the kids just loved it! They were able to stretch their legs and were comfy enough to fall asleep. It comes in a small bag which makes it super convenient to have in the car for anytime use. I have a friend who actually took this on a plane trip with the kids and used it as an extension to the foot of the child’s seat- she said it worked like magic and was like a little bed. I will try that. In short, I would happily recommend this as it’s a promise of a few hours of sleep that any parent can appreciate!:)

As expected but
This was fairly easy to blow up - for my husband at least. However, it would deflate a lot during the flight so he would have to add more air to it. Overall I still found it worth it since it helped my toddler sleep on the plane.

This product worked beautifully the first 5 hours of a transpacific flight
This product worked beautifully the first 5 hours of a transpacific flight, then started leaking until it totally deflated. We did not put any undue pressure on it or mishandle the pillow in any way. It had a hole about an inch in diameter that could not be repaired. The concept is great, but the execution is poor and the actual seams on this pillow are flimsy and tear too easily to be worth the purchase. Would request a refund from the seller but threw all the packaging away in preparation for our trip. This product is NOT recommended.

Tricky to use
Purchased this item for a recent trip to Asia for my child. So about a 14 hrs flight for the main leg with asiana airlines.During the flight, a person seated in front of me had a similar product and inflated and placed it for their child. The flight attendant walked by and asked them to deflat it. So, how did we get around this? When the cabin lights were turned all the way down to allow everyone to sleep, we inflated ours (pretty easy to blow up,) and set it up for our child. Once done, we placed him on it and laid a blanket on top of him. We did this in order to cover up the inflatedable. Well, it worked, we had no issues from the flight attendant and used it for our leg. It worked very well and he slept soundly. Pros: Easy to inflate Comfortable for child to sleep on Easy to deflate Easy to place back into packaging and store Cons: Gotta be tricky in order to use it. Takes awhile to inflate since u won’t have a pump on ya. In summary, great if you can use it but gotta be tricky in order to use it. Airlines will say it’s a safety issue on why you can’t use it, which is understandable. We had the entire row for my family so We didn’t mind moving around our sleeping kid if we had to.

Game changer for flying with little kids.
A total lifesaver. First of all, it's light and compact to carry I just tucked it into my carry on. After takeoff, I blew it up in a few minutes and it fit perfectly making our useable space so much bigger and more comfortable. Collapsing and storing was simple and fast too. We got lucky to have 3 seats for just us two and I wish I had another one so my daughter could stretch to sleep and also have extra place to play. It makes traveling in Coach feel like first class and all the other parents on the plane were asking me where I got it.

Safe and approved by the airline.
We bought the pillow for our youngest son right before a long flight we had. We read some good (and bad) reviews on this product and I got to say, for us it worked amazing. We inflated the pillow easily (tried it home first before we went on the flight), it fit the space between the seats safely and the Alaskan airline crew did not have any issue with it. My son play a little on it and fell a sleep almost immediately for the rest of the flight. Great product, a small price to pay for the quiet flight time.

Nice idea, but doesn't really work
I spent probably 4 hours trying to find the best pillow of this variety because the dimensions are all over the map. My purpose was to create a lay-flat situation for my 2.5 yr old toddler. I didn't want it to be too high, too low, too narrow, etc. The size was decent-- just a little higher than the airplane seat, so if you're going for straight across (which I was) this didn't exactly work perfectly. The other huge issue is it's not possible for a child of any size to lay flat in any way while remaining buckled. Considering the "buckle seatbelt sign" is constantly going on and off on any given flight, the pillow can't really be used for that purpose unless you just want to put the seatbelt around your little one's neck or ankles. The better solution for us was to forget the pillow entirely and have our toddler lay sideways in his seat while buckled. One of the reasons I chose this particular pillow was the fact that it comes with a carrying case. The carrying case is surprisingly flimsy/cheap which was a disappointment. The pillow itself seemed like decent quality so I would expect the case to match that level of quality.
