No, we only have the one thickness. We recommend to start with the spacers at the tips of the toes until the toes get used to being stretched. As they grow used to it you can move them further down.

They say men's. Are they for women's sizing too?

Yes, they are a unisex size. Fit both men and women.

What size for foit size 9 1/2 to 10

I like them a lot and they are helpful but I no idea about sizing. So sorry.

Do these shrink? I am a women’s shoe size 6. Should I get a small?

You would be good with the small. I have not had anyone report that they had any shrinkage. While they can be tumbled in the dryer on low, we recommend air drying for longest life.
