own review and life story abt it
it came in a good shape, good packaging. i bought this thinking i’d know how to use it or at least i’d know how to read the instructions (there’s no instructions with it.) but silly me for thinking that lmao. i did the same things that are shown on the pictures but i still didn’t figure it out. i have a Canon camera and a Celestron telescope, everything was good but then i didn’t know why my camera wasn’t showing anything as if i didn’t have a lens on it in the first place (i did install my own eyepiece) i had it for a couple months now but i still dont know how to use it lmao although good metal! i’m not regretting buying because i know someday i’ll know what kind of stupid step i missed for it not to work and laugh about it.

Beautifully Made
I have not yet used it for astrophotography but I have high hopes. It is beautifully machined and finished. The 1.25" end slides into an eyepiece focuser as it should. The thumbscrews that allow adjustment of focus point hold the adjustable PART IN THE SLOTS as it should. I used it last night to take pictures of the Moon. Worked very nicely.

Great for astrophotography
Normally, attaching a camera to a telescope gives you only one set magnification, typically for viewing the moon or sun. This camera adapter allows a camera to zoom into smaller stars or planets depending on the focal length of the eyepiece. The adapter can zoom by simply extending the adapter so that eyepiece changing is kept to a minimum. The adapter is made of very sturdy metal and is solid when connected to the telescope. Note that most eyepieces above 30 mm won't fit in the adapter due to their large size.
