ZHENGXI 3000W Step Down voltage converter

So thankful our friends recommended these to us for our move from USA to Tonga in the South Pacific. I purchased the 2000w and 3000w mainly for our Shark Hair Dryer (required 1600, but I wanted higher w to add lamps same time and phone charge etc). I’ve used them for our Sur Le Table Air Fryer and it’s amazing also! It has never ever cut out or tripped. Works so well l. Only think is it is heavy. I did manage to put both the 2000 and 3000w into a bin as my suitcase no problems travelling. No noise AT ALL. Love this a total lifesaver!

So far works perfectly with my US appliances. It is a bit heavy, but that’s usually a quality mark due to the inner workings of a transformer. I got the big one to be sure not to get close to the power limit - No need to skimp on capacity and regret later.

When I moved from America to Thailand my computer (not laptop) came with me. In America there is 110 power source. Here in Thailand there is only 220 power. This does not matter when charging your cell or tablet but it does when you are talking about a computer. I got what they called a converter from 220 to 110 but did not work that well. The computer would cut off at times seemed for no reason. I got this stepdown transformer and this is the best thing I could have gotten. 110 power is perfect and computer never cuts off. If you need 110 power this is the way to go.

Great product if you need a step down, definitely recommend it. It is a tad bit on the heavy side but works as needed.

DONOT buy these! I made a mistake of buying 8 and shipping them all to Asia. Good news is they all looked pretty and behaved the same way! The 110V-outlet never consistently provided voltage above 105-Volts, and if they did, they were only momentary, then would fluctuate to 95-99 volts and the power would automatically goes into a reset cycle rendering them unusable! I used them to power my window air conditioners that consume only 800W-1500Watts, and some of my 10A/110V power tools and the same things happen. They would be resetting all the while, and finally unplugged and stopped using all of them for safety reasons! What a waste of hard-earned money!!!

To be honest, I didn’t have much hope when I bought this device, because mostly the looks didn’t sell a professional appearance, I wasn’t too sure it would work as intended, but boy I was wrong. This thing is amazing, quiet, doesn’t heat, does nothing but give the right power to my American appliances. I use it on a big microwave (I bought the 3000 model) and it handles it without a single hiss. Totally recommended.

Looks good Its quiet, very small power consumption. Saved me lots of money but took a long time to find a step down that actually works! Very happy :)

total waste of money it does not work ,i try to use it in Europe and does nothing ,be aware !
