The Case for Christ Study Guide Revised Edition

A great objective case of study for the reasons to see tangible validity in the life of Christ.

Wonderfully written book by then, atheist ,Lee Strobel who wanted to disprove Christianity and undermine his wife's newly found faith. It is his journey, over a year and 9 months, meeting with experts and asking the hard questions that, on face value, would appear to be problematic with the Christian faith. Instead of disproving the validity of the Bible and the Christian faith, he ultimately, becomes a believer. The book engages the heart, mind and soul. Our Sunday School class is using the book and study guide/DVD as the basis for our current Christian education class. It has been extremely well received. The majority of the class has mentioned how they believe this book has provided information that could help them be more effective in their personal discipleship with others when sharing their faith or being questioned.. I give this book my highest recommendation.

The Case for Christ Study Guide is designed to be used in conjunction with the Case for Christ Book or video. It's like the "Cliff Notes" of the main book in that it briefly covers the main points. Six study sessions consider eye-witness evidence of Jesus, evidence of Jesus outside of the Bible, and evidence of the Resurrection. Deliberation questions prompt the reader to think about why or why not he or she believes the material presented. While this book isn't meant to stand alone, it is still a good supplement for group discussions and for helping a reader think about the points made in the Case for Christ book or video.

Purchased this book used; it's in great shape. No issues. Thankful for the savings. The study is one I've taken before, just going through it this time with a group of youth. A great study for anyone who isn't sure what they believe or why they believe what they do or think they believe.

This is such a good book. It answers so many great questions using science and know facts. I highly recommend to anyone, because it helps us as Christians to answers those hard questions either to ourselves or to others who are searching.

There is nothing to read it's like a question paper . And very expensive

Strobel makes a strong case for the authenticity of the gospel accounts. And his initial purpose was to prove them false. Sound investigating journalism.

Great book. The facts/evidence is hard to refute. Logical and straight forward thinking. Highly recommend.
