Great product that I've used for years but hard to find!!! A little goes a long way!!!

I first bought a small tube of this product at my hairdresser place of business. I have tried several other similar products, including Olaplex, which is supposed to be the best. But I don't get the shine from Olaplex as I do from this product called Crack. It takes away the frizziness and put a nice shine on my hair. I sometimes use it after I blow dry or before I blow dry. It seems to work either way and my hair feels silky soft and nice. I just scored a small amount in the palm of my hand and rub it around in my hair. My normal hair is dry and fine. I wash it every four days. This stuff works great for me.

I spotted this in a beauty supply store, and was intrigued by the before and after pics in the little countertop display.. The before hair looked a lot like me. laugh. I was there looking for a miracle conditioning treatment because my hair was so damaged [bleached blond/toner]. I have tried almost everything on my hair, and this time my hair had a lot of breakage and wasn't responding to the usual treatments of conditoning packs and Queen Helene Jojoba hot oil [usually a lifesaver!]. The only constant I've found to be a huge help is Wen cleansing conditioner in Fig.. so I washed my hair with that and did a Redken conditioning treatment. Some improvement, still felt dry and dead. I then put in a few small dabs of Crack mixed with drops of water into my hair.. Air-dried and let it be. I knew this product favored the application of heat, so I lightly ran my large-barrel curling iron over my hair to smooth it.. and it became stick straight and sparkly shiny. I have wavy processed hair, and straightening it often means it will turn wavy again later with some frizz. Not in this case. It is flat-iron/silicone spray straight. With almost no effort. I was really surprised, and touched up the rest of my hair with the curling iron. Took less than ten minutes for completely straight hair. My hair is now silky, flippy and very soft. Holds the shape, i.e. remains very straight. Haven't tried curling it with this balm yet. This product is pretty heavy and almost gummy, so I used it sparingly, and rubbed some water into it in my hand otherwise I would have had greasy clumps. It's for damp, freshly-washed hair, would be too greasy on dry. I didn't use any other styling product on my hair beforehand other than a light mist of detangling spray. Crack seems like it needs an application of heat to melt into your hair and do its thing. I used it yesterday and air-dried with no curling iron, and it was meh and clumpy. Need to add heat. I was starting to think of chopping off all my hair, but I just ordered a tube of this and I think if I stick with it for a while, it might save my hair. It may not work for everyone.. but definitely try a sample if you can get some at a beauty supply shop.

This product arrived in less than a week which was fantastic. I was so anxious to use this product so I washed my hair and let it air dry to a damp phase. I've read reviews that a VERY little amount goes along way so I used a tic-tac sized amount on my wet hands and rubbed it together then rand my hands through my hair from root to ends. I have NASTY, ugly and dry brittled damaged hair due to a decade of chemicals/ bleaching, blow drying and straightening nonstop! My hair is frizzy like a lions mane when it dries, its very thick/coarse but I have some thinning around my crown. After that first used of this cream, I did not use a blow dryer to dry it. I simply let it air dry and half of that lion's man depleted! It was silky smooth and less frizzy!!! Note, I did not use anything else on my hair besides that. After I straightened it, it became even more lustrous/ silky!! The next day was a little decent! I noticed that I had some more split ends (I previously trimmed my hair a few days before) and that my ends were dry and that my bald looking crown was more apparent. I would not rely/ depend on just this product to protect from thermal heating! I also don't recommend those with thinning scalpy hair to use this also, it would make your hair flatter and thus, making the skin on your scalp more noticeable. Though after using this product more often and with a hair protectant, I have realized that my hair will keep for about three days in between washes! Note, I worked out and sweat and my hair would remain silky and not bizarre frizzy like before! So this product will react/work differently to everyone. I will be repurchasing though!

I’m a hairstylist and refer all my clients to buy this amazing crack It works wonders on what hair before blow drying and on dry hair to keep it from being static you only use a small amount like a piece size because it could be a little on the oily side but it makes your hair shiny. It smells amazing. it works unbelievable it’s a huge referral that I sent everybody to buy.

This is the best cream for curling hair it really helps and does not make your hair dry

I bought this because my hairdresser used it and I liked the way it felt in my hair. A little bit goes a long way, so start out small so you don’t get greasy hair. Definitely tames flyaways and helps hair look softer. I definitely recommend this product.

This product is a life saver if you want to straighten your hair. I have wavy hair and this cream really comes through when I want to straighten it. Keeps it straightened for days with just minor touch ups with my flat iron. It’s a must have for me.

Very small tube

I use it after washing, before blow drying, and it makes such a huge difference. I have so many split ends and dry hair, but when I use this my hair feels beyond soft and smooth, and my split ends are barely noticeable. It's so good
