Genuine Parissa. Works well and good value for price (these are refills, you need to already have the little pot and spatula). If you have an induction stove just put a little water in your regular saucepan and put the little pot in (not floating!), heating it slowly at a low heat, checking regularly and stirring the wax gently. I use parchment paper on top of a plate once I start waxing-I don’t like cleaning the wax off the plate.

I love this wax. I started doing my own waxes after issues with going to a professional salon. For $75 a month (brazillian and cheeks), i was pretty disappointed to not get consistently great results. They were also damaging my skin by moving so fast. This wax removes my dark, thick, deeply rooted hair with no issue. It even removes a good amount of the short hairs. I do heat the wax up to at least 171 degrees. It is very stringy but i am jot a professional so that could be user error. To help with this i mix it with a little bit of a different wax. It still works wonderfully.

The pods were all crumpled and scattered throughout the package.

I like this wax a lot but in my recent delivery, the box was opened and some of the wax pieces were broken. Seller should tape the box to avoid this in the future. Otherwise, it is a great product

So happy I found those. I travel a lot and it's very convenient to carry in your luggage. Perfect for the upper lip. It lasts for a long time and price is very competitive.

I have a Pyrex custard cup that I use in the microwave to melt my wax in. Previously for initial melting to get the wax out of the tin pan in comes in and into the Pyrex so I can use it the microwave, I have had to either melt it in the oven (uses a lot of energy) or stove top (always made me nervous about spills). These pods solve the problem because I can drop them directly into the cup and easily melt them. This is the way I'll go in the future.

I’ve used a lot of hot wax in my time and these kind of suck. You can’t get a full peel unless you layer it on like an inch thick which is super wasteful. It cracks a lot and gets everywhere when trying to peel it off the leg or wherever. It’s messier than most other hot wax I’ve used. Honestly not worth it at all. The only saving grace is that it comes in full pucks and even though it cracks and doesn’t come up in a full strip it does get the hair off.

I like how "eco friendly" and sustainable this is. There are no strips to throw out after every use. I am reusing a container from a previous kit as well. The 24 puck per package is also a lot of product at this price, considering the cost of other options from the brand. I think this one package will last me the whole year (of not longer). I heat 2 pucks at a time, but haven't use all of it in one session. Like many other reviews, it requires practice.... can be painful in the beginning, but gets easier. Currently, I am not able to use on fine hair....might be due to practice.

I don’t understand the reviews that say that they come in broken. It’s hard wax. I kist put the pieces in the copper pot and they melt. This so much more economical than debuting a new one every single time. I use it for upper lip and eyebrows. Don’t need strips. I put baby powder on first. Put it on thick. Hardens fast. And pull off.
