Excellent Quality and Value for Herbal Tea Lovers
I’ve been using Frontier Organic Red Raspberry Leaf Herbal Supplement (1 lb) for several months now, and it has become a staple in my wellness routine. The leaves are fresh, colorful, has a good smell, aromatic, and brew into a smooth, earthy tea that’s both soothing and flavorful. I appreciate that it’s certified organic, kosher, and non-GMO, ensuring a high-quality product. The 1-pound bulk packaging is not only economical but also convenient for daily use, allowing me to enjoy multiple cups, because of the size, without frequent reordering. Brewing the tea is straightforward—just a tablespoon steeped in hot water yields a delightful beverage. I’ve found it particularly beneficial during my menstrual cycle, as it seems to help alleviate cramps and promote overall comfort. The mild, slightly sweet flavor makes it enjoyable on its own or blended with other herbs. Given its quality and affordability, I highly recommend this product to anyone seeking a natural addition to their health regimen.

Not only helpful but also delicious!
Absolutely love this product! I bought this tea with the intent of lessening my period cramps and digestive pain after research. I can confidently say it has already helped reduce my pain after drinking it twice a day during my cycle. Also the tea tastes delicious because of the raspberry flavor. Even if it didn't help my pain I would continue drinking because of its flavor. I use a stainless steel tea leaf holder to scoop the leaves and let it brew for about 10 minutes. Super easy!

Yes the bag is huge , but it’s definitely worth the $ ..
I brought this to induce labor. I only drank it a few days prior to giving birth. I wanted a more potent tea vs traditional tea bags. I fill a 7 cup mason jar with 1/2 cup of this loose tea, then warm/hot water to the top. Let it sit for a few hours or overnight in the fridge then strain the next day..I drink it plain.. the tea is good for up to 2 days before becoming bitter in my opinion .. BUTTTT …. After I gave birth I read the wonderful benefits of this tea and continued to drink it.. HOWEVER, limit yourself to 3 cups a day. I went overboard one day postpartum and had diarrhea and the chills 🤕🤣🫠🫠 it was an experience for sure.. I’m still doing my 7 cups in a mason jar to save time but I don’t drink more than 3 cups.. it does have a similar taste to black tea. So me & the kiddo sometimes like to do a milk tea with whatever milk we have on hand, some tea & 100% maple syrup! Delicious.

Worth the Buy
I bought this tea a year ago and this tea tastes just as good as when I first bought it! Taste very fresh! Very good flavor with a little honey added. I am a big tea drinker and I don’t really like fruity tea flavors, but this one is very very good. Worth my money!

Great tea, great bargain
I am editing my original review (below) from two years ago, because I've been since diagnosed with endometriosis. It took years and multiple doctors to finally confirm this—I wanted to add this in case it helps someone else struggling with similar issues of short luteal phase, mid-cycle bleeding, fibroids, serious mid cycle pain, etc, that diagnosis might be something to look into if you haven't explored it yet. Diagnosis aside, I stand by my 5-star review of this tea. I continue to drink this (almost always as a cold brew tea, just let it steep overnight) everyday, and it has GREATLY helped with my symptoms, especially mood swings and mid-cycle bleeding. I still take the Vitex but have dropped the DIM. Endometriosis, and indeed, anything hormonal, seems to me to be very different for every person..and what works or doesn't work is different, too. Unfortunately, I tried a lot of different things that didn't work or that only partly helped before finding this. If you struggle with some of these issues, I would give this tea a try. It tastes great and is a relaxing herbal tea at any rate, so you have very little to lose! It has helped me a great deal. Best of luck! ORIGINAL: I love this product. Buying loose leaf in bulk is so much more economical and better tasting than buying the pre-bagged version of RRL, and this is a great organic option. You get a lot - the bag filled my gallon glass storage jar to the brim. The taste is great, and I re-brew the leaves 2-3 times with no real loss in flavor. I started using RRL to address a short luteal phase -- spotting from day 22 and a full period from day 24 was typical for me. Daily use of RRL tea (hot or cold, depending on my mood that day) has helped from the very first cycle. Although I had been taking Vitex and DIM daily as well, RRL is what specifically addressed that too-short luteal phase. Highly recommended.

Good stuff
So I read reviews that there were plastic bits and other odd bits in the tea mix, this was not the case with the bag I received. I make my tea in large batches so I can have some left over in the fridge for iced tea another day or later that day when I want it. I sifted thru the bag and found nothing abnormal prior to making my batch of tea. I’m normally an avid coffee drinker, but I’m trying to cut back more and also strengthen my uterus for labor which should be taking place in the next 2 1/2 ish months, so this tea fit the bill as a replacement for my afternoon coffees. The taste wasn’t bad like other teas I’ve tried. It was honestly bare-able for me which was nice not having to force myself to drink something I didn’t like. After adding a splash of half and half and a half a tsp of local honey, I was a pretty happy camper. So now I have found my tea. I wish the bag was resealable though and wish it was a little nicer looking to sit on my counter, maybe in a canister of some sort? But I’ll just have to find a good container for it I guess. The price is great, and this bag is definitely bigger than I expected. It will likely last the rest of my pregnancy. So far no issues with taste changing or strength changing as I get further into the bag either which is nice. I make my tea by boiling water in a pan, letting it sit for a minute after I turn the heat off, and then placing a strainer into the water and putting the leaves into the strainer and occasionally stirring. I let it sit for about 20 minutes and then remove the strainer and press the leaves to drain any water out of them into the pan. Then serve and store the remaining tea in the fridge for later. Left overs also reheat well if you don’t care for iced tea.

That was suggested on a few sites as well that it's great for your bladder
I bought this in hopes of a healthy pregnancy and quick birth as stated in many researches and websites. I've known about raspberry leaf tea for a while now, but was not concerned until I became pregnant. I am 5 1/2 months today and started this tea in the beginning of my 2nd trimester. When I first started taking it, I noticed I went pee so many times that day and the next few and then it slowed down. So I don't know if maybe it was cleaning me out?? That was suggested on a few sites as well that it's great for your bladder. Also, I take probiotics, but once in a while they seem not to work for a few days, and this tea is what gave some relief. So besides hoping it helps during labor which is the biggest reason why I bought this, at least I've found a few ways that it is helping until then. Now, I feel as though there are many supplements that you can take but because there isn't enough research and no one does studies on pregnant women, you should do what you feel is right and ask your doctor/OB. Mine says she has no issue with it, as long as it's not the only thing I'm drinking. I do need to get better at drinking this, but for the many times that I have, it doesn't even look like I put a dent in the packaging. I put enough to fit in a mason jar, and keep that on the counter, and the rest of the bag is put away in a dry dark cabinet. I have very few stems, (had to mention because I saw that as a few complaints) My tea: I fill up a tea infuser. (I'd say usually a TSP to a little more) TBSP or less of honey 1 lemon juiced and a 1/2 TBSP of coconut oil let it steep in hot water for 10 minutes or so and then I drink it. Has a mild herby flavor in my opinion. But this is the tea mixture that I like the most. Hopefully after pregnancy I can give a full update on how labor and birth went.

Good quality, long lasting
Used to drink in pregnancy and postpartum, the quality is good and you get a good amount for the price. I made a lot of tea with it and there’s still alot in the bag. Plus I like that I can know there’s no plastic in my tea

Best Tea To Regulate Periods👍
This is my 3rd purchase of tea but first from Amazon. First two times I bought it from eBay. This time I noticed price difference off almost 50ors less on Amazon compared to eBay. So purchased here. The delivery takes almost 20+ days as it is an import. How long the entire bag of tea last for me? Almost 5-6months. I use almost 1 tblsp of these leaves and boil it in 1ltr water in slow flame for 15 min. Then let it cool for another hour. Filter it and store in glass bottle and drink entire day (it kinda looks like alcohol so my office colleague ask me often what am I drinking?!? Women generally enquire in debt abt it's benefits) I even give a cup to my mother to drink. Helping here in Menopausal stage. How long am I drinking this? Almost 2 years now. How has this helped me? The reason I started drinking this tea because almost 3 yrs back I started hv very light periods and was not getting periods regularly as I had put on too much weight. I started to freak out after I went to my regular doctor and she said if periods don't resume she will consider suggesting me hormonal injections. This was enough to freak the hell out of me. So I started watching lots of YouTube. And there I came across a video of a married women who was try to have baby bt was not getting regular periods for more than a year. She mentioned that she researched and found red raspberry leaf tea will help. So she started drinking daily and after almost 3 months she got her periods back and she continued to drink religiously. I followed her YouTube channel and found she later conceived naturally and had 4 children. I also read lots of review on Amazon.com who were able to successfully Regulate their periods with this tea. So I purchased this tea. This tea definitely has helped regulating my periods but along with this tea I did the following to lose weight as weight was main issue: 1) I quit eating dinner for almost 3 years now. I do eat sometimes may be once a week but hardly continuously 3 days in a row. This helped me lose 8kgs in a month. Required insane amount of will power but now it's easy as my body has now got completely reset. 2) I bought weighing scale. I weigh my self every 1st of month for past 3 yrs. 3) I started reading about good eating habits it helped instil discipline in myself. 4) If I want to eat anything fried like pakoda etc try to eat it in morning or afternoon. 5) Now I have even started swimming so that helps alot. 6) Boiled eggs are best thing to help periods. 7) I did hit plateau and I still do think I'm atleast 7kgs heavier than my ideal weight but it's long way from where I came. So I dnt fuss much. I rather try to maintain healthy eating habits and walk, swimming atleast 45min everyday. My stats: Female, 30, 66kg, 5.5ft , unmarried, Desk profession, 29-32days period cycle for past 6-8months. When I started drinking this tea: I was 27, 80kg, period cycle of 70-80days worst was when it crossed 100days. This helps but most important thing is mindset. I read more than 20books on diet, culture, lifestyle and body anatomy. I'm sure very happy when my periods arrive! Hard work is paying off. Take care.
