Y'all, THIS IS IT!! I've always paid top dollar for conditioning treatments that promised to do this and that for my hair. Yeah, they worked, but they weren't living up to all of the hype. After searching on Amazon for about an hour, reading many reviews, I finally decided to try this one and boy I'm glad I did! The scent of this treatment was the first thing I noticed. I can only compare it to a men's body wash or some kind of men's shampoo - it's smells amazing! Secondly, the product is thick and goes on your hair so smooth, it's definitely feels like it's absorbing and working! (I decided to purchase a hair turban wrap thing to use after showering to keep my hair up while it's deep conditioning - this idea was perfect for this product!) After applying about half a palm size amount to my entire head, I put up in a hair wrap and let it sit for about 15-20 minutes. Keep in mind, I already shampooed and conditioned my hair in the shower, so I put this on after conditioning. After letting it sit, I washed it out in the kitchen sink and OH EM GEE Y'ALL!! My hair was so soft, smelled intoxicating and looked so moisturized, shiny, touchably soft, and healthy, I couldn't stop touching it! I use hot tools every day, so my hair was very thirsty and brittle. After using this treatment and blow drying, it looked so healthy and was definitely more manageable. I will be using this treatment 2-3 times a week from now on and I will for sure be purchasing more tubs, so I have a stockpile! You won't regret buying this product and your hair will thank you for it, I promise!

I've been using this for years but then I had a fire flash accident that burned a huge amount of my hair. I am really lucky that I have lots of thick curly hair, but this was devastating. After brushing out all the dead stuff I decided to try washing and then deep conditioning with this. I keep it on hand and use it every month or so, but this was really putting it to the test. Nothing is going to fix burned hair, but at the ends where it had burned and the rest of the hair shaft was still intact, this did a great job of softening. It also helped fill the shaft where the burnt parts were trimmed off and honestly, it did a far better job than I ever would have expected. My hair also smelled horrible, almost like a burnt rubber band or skunk. This didn't completely get rid of the odor until the second watching but helped quite a bit. After normal use I always get comments about how fresh and good my hair smells, so once again I was quite pleased how this did under extenuating circumstances. It's a great product, last me for months and again, I have a lot of thick long hair, so the typical person using it once or twice a month should probably get a half a year or more out of a jar. So worth it!

This conditioner works very well and leaves my hair feeling great. Unfortunately, the scent is so overpowering that I had to throw it out. It's unusable unless you want to smell like overpowering old lady floral perfume medicine. The scent doesn't wear off and is incredibly strong, strong enough to fill a large room. It's honestly embarrassing to be out in public after using it. I literally smell like someone that dumped an entire bottle of fragrance over my head. I usually make it a few hours before I need to rinse my hair with another conditioner to get rid of the strong smell. I finally gave up and tossed it.

This stuff is ahhhmazing! I've outlined my specific starting point and results for anyone who might be looking for a solution to my same issues. So to preface, I have layered hair that goes halfway down my back. My hair is what I like to call "electrocuted poodle" meaning it's not curly, it's not straight, it's....wavyfrizz. That being said I'm pretty darn skilled at making it look nice and smooth and then curling it. However after years of flat irons and coloring it (both bleaching and dying) and living in a really dry climate, I had some damage. Not severe but my hair had split ends, was really dry, broke really easy, shed a TON and had NO shine to it. I quit having the highlights put in, and have been giving it an all over color that is close to my natural color now for months. So I've been on the hunt and trying different products (both professional and consumer) in combination to see what worked. I think I finally hit my hair treatment combo jackpot. I started out with just this product and could see and feel a difference after only one use. I use it twice a week (as that's how often I wash my hair with shampoo/conditioner) and ONLY put it on the ends, if you go up to roots it's too much and weighed my hair down as your natural oils protect that area fairly well. So I went halfway down my hair and used per directions leaving it in a few minutes while I shaved, etc. If you need to hit your roots with conditioner I'd suggest using your normal conditioner up top and this product below. I then added another product just to help with the thinning/shedding a little bit which is the PURA D'OR Hair Thinning Therapy Biotin Shampoo but honestly you don't need that to get the results I got from this deep conditioner alone. After a few uses I trimmed my split ends and continued using the product. My hair has no new split ends, is no longer dry and MAN is it shiny and silky smooth. I wish you could feel it from the picture but just know that it's now so soft and shiny that it could be in a hair care product commercial. :) Honestly I will always have this product in my shower now. I had been through several other treatments and while I did see some improvement they were mild compared to what this did for my hair. I'm a BIG fan. Hope this helps someone else on their hair journey too.

it's helping with moisturizing my hair back from damage done by both hair dye that i will continue using and a terrible conditioner that is only suitable for relaxing clothing fibers. doesn't feel too greasy, smells fine to me but i can see people with more sensitive noses having trouble with it. rinses out well. small size i got very convenient for trying it out without committing to something i might not like. i like it so i'll get larger size soon
