Has anyone had hot flashes from taking this?

No I have not, but has eliminated me so far from taking medication as my thyroids has shown within normal range since started taking for the first time.  I also have more energy and feeling better, where as when taking medication, there was no improvement in the way I felt.  Everyone is different.  If you are having hot flashes it could be a hormone problems.
