Worked better for my TV than the cheaper products out there.
Some advice, use the Claude Ai chrome extension to help you set this up. It worked perfectly for me.

didn't work for me.
It is so overly complicated to set up. I did my best and got it to make it work somehow. I have 4 devices for HDMI IN and I need the signal to go out to a TV, projector and eARC out to a Sonos Arc. You really need to read the manual and learn the whole thing as HDMI Out is TX0 for example. Bottom line when I try to watch a movie on the projector the image goes black after a minute. Tried different cables, different settings, nothing fixed the problem. The only way to fix it is to disconnect the HDMI out that goes to the TV while watching something on the projector. And now about customer service :-) You can write them an email. They will guide you to discord. You have to learn how to post there and when you do, their 24/7 support is actually for a few hours on their time zone. I asked different questions that were answered 8 hours later and not really solved anything. Meanwhile a basic Orei matrix switch with audio extractor just works and it's 10 times cheaper.

A Must for the Home Theater Enthusiast
Big Upgrade for any home theater enthusiast. I found it easy to configure and install. The manufacturer's online forum keeps owners appraised of firmware updates and is very helpful if people run into configuration issues. Notable improvement in video on my JVC NZ8 Projector.

Just perfect
I have a Sonos Beam 2 with a sub and 2 surrounds. I can finally listen to movies on my 4K Blu-ray player that are coded with DTS Mater Audio and it sounds amazing. Sonos does a great job with Dolby Audio and PCM Audio but with this piece of equipment everything sound at its best and you now have full DTS. So if you have a Sonos beam 2 with surrounds and a sub you will be able to hear Dolby Atoms, PCM 7.1 channel and DTS 7.1 channel. Full disclosure this doesn’t work properly on the Sonos Arc. Update: It’s now compatible with the Sonos Arc. Sounds Great!

Not a seamless enough experience for the price.
It does what it says it will do, but it being reliable doing those things long term is another story. For the price, this thing should just simply work with minimal hiccups. The issues I had(and many others if you follow the discord server) was that volume control was working through eARC initially, but then stopped working, and wouldn’t work again no matter what I tried(and never worked again). Sometimes there would be no sound randomly or no video coming up which required a hard reset of the device for it to function normally again. Or unplugging the power for devices to fix handshake issues. These were daily occurrences. There’s been too many times I sat down to watch a movie, which then turned into 10-15 minutes of resetting devices and messing with settings to get it working normally again.. when all I wanted to do was watch a movie. It felt like a big mistake buying the device every moment i’d be sitting there messing with it to get it working. Maybe far down the road they will release some firmware where everything works perfectly, but as it currently stands this thing is not worth near it’s price tag. I really hoped it would work for me, but I was forced to return it. If you decide to take the dive, I hope it works better for you.

It makes my tv & bd surround sound a lot better
I got it to extract/display dolby atmos from Panasonic ub9000 instead of just dolby surround. It did not do that, and that had to come from the ub9000 itself. However, the Vrroom made surround sound experience from both 4k Apple TV and ub9000 a lot better. I don’t understand how, but it did. It took sometime to set it up, and customer support was great!

Waste of time and money
This is not easy to get working, video output is limited to lower refresh rates, and this doesn't work with Sonos that well. Customer service is difficult to reach (discord channel only) and they are also rude. Suggest saving your money and going a different route.

Can do the job but at what cost?
Vrroom does the job. One can indeed get 4k 120 with Atmos support out where not otherwise possible. It can do other things too. The problem is it’s finicky. I have the above use case which is the most basic use case for this device. With a HTP-1 and LG C9 I was finally able to accomplish the goal and have a PC, Xbox, and PS5 all connected with VRR. But, there is lots of hand shake issues and I’ll often have to swap back and forth between sources to get the signal back. Age old problems. The support is a discord server with very little actual support. At this price and early days, the Vrroom isn’t ready for prime time.

Fixes Everything!
This thing is amazing, I was so upset after switching to a Sonos Arc from my receiver because my 2019 TV doesn’t support eARC and doesn’t have HDMI 2.1! I couldn’t get real surround sound on my system, but now it splits the audio channel and sends that directly to Sonos and sends a perfectly untouched video signal to my TV. It’s expensive, but if you want to avoid upgrading your TV this is a great solution, and it’s relatively futureproof as well.

Si quieres Downscaler o Upscaler no tendras VRR. Saludos.

Expensive but does the job
I bought this to replace an HDMI 2.1 120hz with optical extraction switch I know this item is very expensive however I have wasted around £200 getting to this stage 4k 120hz gaming works flawlessly with my monitor and also using the earc feature into my Sonos soundbar. I have been using this switch for around 6 months and haven’t yet found one fault. For anyone like myself looking at buying this switch and seeing others online at ¼ of the price stating the same figures on paper, I would say save your money and take the plunge on HDfury. I have honestly used 3 switches before buying this one.
