These seem to work great. It helps me monitor the temperature in an out building to be certain the heaters are working properly.

Well worth the very reasonable price, this mini-max greenhouse thermometer is not only easy to read, it is accurate, so CLEAR and easy to reset, very well-designed to hang in the best place and has a adjustable "awning" to prevent inaccurate overheating from sunlight.

Love the product. Has been reliable and accurate long-term now. The only thing I don't care for is how dim the LCD display is, such that it is often difficult to read the current temperature.

Hard to read

I need to record hi and low temp daily. This thermometer does that and holds till it is reset. F° and C°. Requires one battery.

If this worked, with the size and design and so on. It would be great. But it doesn’t work. I test every single thermometer I have, whether it’s for candy making /ambient temperature/external or internal general use, or precision lab control. This Is one of 3 max/min thermometers I own. The temperature is wildly inaccurate and it takes forever to react to changes. I actually stuck it in the fridge with 2 other thermometers and it took at least 15 minutes to respond…with a low, but still very incorrect reading. It’s useless.

We’ve had thermometers for many years. But they do get a tad ‘ weary’ eventually, so Amazon is my First Port of Call. They suggested the above style. We bought two. They are marvellous, we look at them several times every day. We,like to ‘ be-in -the-know’. When it comes to weather….present, future and past…… this gadget does the trick

Bought two of these at the same time;they are well made and the digital display is excellent.Tried them around the house and they measure up very well to other thermometers I have - in fact they are probably more accurate as the other two are quite old. Not yet tried out in the greenhouse but expect similar accurate results.Very interested in the other items for sale esp the soil testing.kit. Excellent all round and a very good price. Thankyou.
