Pretty decent. Not the heaviest duty plastic but it fits up tight to the average dumbbell and does not come loose. The halves fit well together and don’t pinch. Seems about $10 over priced for what it is but entirely serviceable. Aside from sturdiness, my main complaint with almost all dumbbell to kettlebell devices is that they hold the dumbbell horizontal to the swing, when parallel would be more effective to swing between legs.

Works as intended. I love this device. I used it for my bowflex adjustable dumbbells and I am training my bottom up press. You can safely train and increase strength scale in KB presses with combo of kettle gryp bottom up hold + adjustable dumbbell. Except for swings, better to use this for grinds and presses. Regular KBs for ballistics, especially if its an adjustable dumbbell.

So excited this fits great for my dumbbells, I have the hex cap dumbells. I was debating on getting kettlebells to at to my home gym and stumble upon this!! Such a great find to save money! Right now highest weight I have in dumbells is 25lbs and it fits great and comfortable and feels sturdy and safe as far as the dumbells fitting securely in the clasp.

It is like a magic to convert my dumbbells to kettle ball without purchasing and kettle balls. It fits well and has a great structure that makes you confident that item is well made. Dumbbells by their geometry are longer / wider than similar weight kettle balls, so you have to be careful when you are rotating them around your shoulders and head. It is a great invention.
