The Controller shell is a nice matte finish while the buttons are glossy and smooth. The ABXY buttons are blank, and there aren't any XBOX logos in the usual places. Unfortunately the L and R bumper bar are not the same as was in my controller, even though I triple checked through videos and serial numbers. This is not a negative mark on the product or seller, this was my own fault for not tearing down my controller before purchasing. All in all I like this package, it's a great deal at the $15 price point for the kit and the tools. I highly recommend it if you are in need of replacing buttons.

Great product. Nice OEM fit. I left the original a,b,x,y start,menu buttons since they were still in good shape and the new ones were all black without any label. I would recommend this product.

Bought my husband this to replace the shell on one of his XBox One controllers. Everything looks and fits as described, except the bumpers. He was unable to replace the existing bumpers on the controller with the ones included in his set as they did not fit. Not the end of the world but a slight disappointment.

Everything seem really good with this, and it's really good for what you get for the price. The only thing as a draw back is the wireless reset button that's on the top, it's too big. I had to resort to using the original that came with the controller. Otherwise I would give this 5 stars.

So all in all the complete assembly itself was kind of a painful breeze. It was the first time that i had ever tried to replace parts on the controller and i had debated for a long time to either send it in or just buy a new one, i had dropped the controller many times before and to be honest the only thing that was wrong with it in general was that one of the bumpers had broken and fell out. Since the bumpers are one solid piece themselves i thought it would be alright to just continue to make due with out a bumper. But alas competitive gaming requires a solid controller. So i did buy a new one and it worked great for awhile but then i had a completely usable controller that was missing a bumper and whenever the kids wanted to play one would be at a disadvantage. So i went ahead and bought the replacement parts kit, after about a year of deliberations. The hardest part was the reassembly process, and the only complaint about the reassembly is the xbox sync button is extremely small and only fits a certain way. Well after about the 12th time trying to make sure that the button was secured and all other components were ready i decided that i didnt really need the sync button because i had already started securing the fastening screws before i saw the sync button had fallen out yet again. I would say in reality that this product gets a 4.8 star but only due to the xbox sync button issues that i had wjen reassembling the controller. Everything else was in perfect condition and the old controller works just as good as the day i bought it.

feels cheap which i could have dealt with if it actually assembled, i had the correct style controller but the faceplate sits too high to have full range on the buttons and sticks with the stock cage on the board of the controller. they need to tweak the design a bit
