This is an upcycled print printed on an old dictionary page. We take old books about to be destroyed and upcycle them in order to give them new life. The aging, slightly-yellowed page is carefully removed, and the image is printed directly on the recycled paper. The result is a unique and absolutely beautiful print suitable for framing. These prints are definite conversation-starters and look just gorgeous while hanging on the wall. The pages are approximately 8.5 x 11 in size, with a very slight variation. No two are exactly the same, but all will fit nicely in an 8.5 x 11 frame. You will not get the exact dictionary page shown in the image, but you will get a print from the same book. It is stunning and I get compliments from everyone that sees it. It's a 10/10 I was so happy when I got this. I immediately went to get a frame. I went first to my frame go-to, Walgreens and found some 8x11's that were nice. But I was in one of those moods that I did not want to spend more for the frame than the print. Because it won't fit in an 8x10 you are going to find that frames this will fit into are egregiously expensive because they need a non-standard frame. As I was lamenting the price of 8x11 frames at Walgreens there was a FEDEX driver doing a pickup that suggested I go to the Dollar store. I don't ever think of the Dollar store but there are times I probably should. In this case I thought it was worth looking because it was a block away and the cheapest frame at Walgreens was $16 + tax. I'm not going to lie. The Dollar store was depressing. However, there was a TON of frames and there is nothing that could make me happier than finding an AMAZING print like this on the cheap and then finding a frame for $1. 20 minutes later I realized that out of hundreds of frames that were not sorted, there was no 8x11. Now I was just mad. But at least I knew that the next person looking for a frame would be in and out since I sorted and categorized their entire stock. As I step toward the door I see some frames on an end cap that they call "Document Size". There is no measurement on the display box or on any of the frames. The graphics on the display box shows this Document Frame holding a High School Diploma. However, it sure looks like it is 8x10. But I grab an 8x10 frame and place it against the Document frame and realize it is a bit longer than the 8x10. I did not know if it would fit the print but had invested way too much time so headed for the cashier with a few of them. Another 15 minutes (sigh), the long line for a single cashier finally reaches me and I am out of there. I get home to realize it is an ABSOLUTE PERFECT fit for these prints! I'm so glad I bought 3 - now I get to buy 2 more prints! These are great prints, and I am very impressed with how carefully they were packaged and shipped. My daughter loved this one as well. Worth the money for sure.
