I suffer from complex-PTSD (depression, anxiety, insomnia, racing thoughts, etc.) after years of trauma and chronic stress; I refuse to take pharmaceuticals because of their intolerable side effects, among other things, and have been looking for something natural that would help me tackle the symptoms of adrenal fatigue and mood related symptoms. I had only recently discovered Shilajit and after taking it for about a week I'm not sure I'll ever be without it. Although I had done quite a bit of research on Shilajit, I wasn't sure what to expect on a personal level. I used scissors to easily cut a grain-sized piece but after two days increased to the size of a pea which I take on an empty stomach upon waking in the morning, and again in the late afternoon. While it does have a strong, smokey, earthy taste that is quite foreign and bitter, I don't find it intolerable to place under my tongue and just sip on water as it dissolves; seems to get more tolerable as I continue to take it. I didn't experience a rush or any kind of stimulant feeling as you might with caffeine or any negative side effects, but more of a subtle, vibrational leveling up. I feel a sense of clarity and focus I thought I may never feel again, and a restorative quality in my energy and motivation, which is a game-changer for me. I have yet to try the liquid Shilajit but appreciate the complimentary product the company has offered me and look forward to trying that and seeing how Shilajit plays out after a month or two. This product definitely lives up to its description ' Destroyer of Weakness & Conqueror of Mountains', and after so much frustration that no other technique or supplement has been able to reduce, I feel so blessed to have found something that cleanses and nurtures my body and spirit. we are trying out different brands of Shilajit available on Amazon and this is the absolute worst. The bottle has liquidy stuff (good Shilajit is firm at room temperature) and is filled only to 1/4th. It smells bad and tastes bad. Will not buy this in the future. You also get items with a short expiration date, which means either not many or buying it or they are unloading old stock on unsuspecting customers.

It mixes well in water however leaves behind some residues at the bottom.

Far better than other brands and low quality products out in the market. It's been more than 4 days I am using Indus Organics shilajit, i feel more energy and strength, will definitely buy it again and will recommend to others without any hesitation. One thing is you have to use one bottle for a month and not according to spoon size. Spoon is just for the convenience and not for measuring dose.

It is good quality product

I using this product from 2 months and I feel more energetic in gym because this is genuine quality product. But some sellers are selling cheap quality in market but this is high quality product. Shilajit is really helpful in the boosting of immunity and the inner strength of the body.
