Worked for me!
Yes! I got roots! Haha! This worked great for propagating my fig tree. Easy to follow instructions, easy to assemble and itโs super strong. I grew roots in just about 3 months!

Good quality, but finger strength needed.
Good product. Wasnโt successful with my air layering, but I think it was user error on the technique not the pods. My only slight gripe is that itโs hard to clip them closed. One you get it they are tough to unclip which is ok, because you donโt want them inadvertently opening and losing all the moisture. If you donโt have strong hands/fingers you will definitely struggle. Quality is good. I left some out on the trees all winter and Iโm now reusing them. Only one broke when I redid them.

Rooting device
Thanks to the seller sending me pictures of how the zip ties are to be attached to the device I now know how to use the zip ties. I have 10 branches making roots. I will see how it turns out and let you know. One other item, I am putting my device ball in a white plastic bag. The black side of the ball will get very hot and damage the rooting of branch I believe. This will help keep moisture in and keep the temperature of the ball down to weather temperature. It is already getting hot here. Vendor: Thank you again for sending pictures.

Good size for propagation , but as far as them staying closed on their own. No. You need to really pack in thw soil, so when you wrap them around the branch, they are under a little pressure to pop open. I couldn't even get them to pop close. It was a hassle once they were filled. Good thing they included zip ties

Easy to use and monitor air-layering.
Easy to use. Great for air-layering figs. The clear side makes it easy to monitor the rooting process.

Worked well
Picture above shows results after one month on a mulberry tree. Same results on a fig tree. I used peat moss and rooting powder. I have tried air layering in the past using cups or plastic bags with mixed results. This is much easier and cost effective. I have 8 of these on different trees and every one has rooted. Very happy with the product.

Works well but hard to install with one person
I used on several plants only a couple months ago and I already have plant growth roots. Only issues are the ease of putting them on with the small zip ties and if you don't have the right size for your stem it is hard to water into the pod.
