I picked this up to help with some nerve and muscle discomfort, and it really works. I’ve been using it on areas where I get consistent soreness, and it provides noticeable relief pretty quickly after applying. The cream goes on smooth and absorbs well without feeling greasy, which makes it easy to use throughout the day. It starts to take effect fairly fast, and the numbing from the lidocaine actually makes a difference, not just a mild cooling sensation like some other creams. It’s easy to work into a routine, especially after a long day or when something is flaring up. The relief lasts long enough to stay comfortable and get through whatever you’re doing without constantly reapplying. This is an effective pain relief cream that delivers real results and works quickly when you need it.

Works better than any other product I have tried. I have a rare condition that causes burning and swelling and itching in my feet and hands at night. I have used it relief for years, but it’s not enough. I only have to put this on once, and only a little bit, and it lasts all night! It’s a huge relief.

I have neuropathy & have trouble sleeping as a result. I've been using 4% Lidocaine pain patches - & they work quite well. I've tried quite a few foam creams - some for nerve pain, others for joint pain - these provide relief as well, but all this is quite expensive combined. One of the best relief lotions I've had was made at home using pure magnesium flakes & distilled water. Very soothing & effective for tamping down discomfort & pain - however, magnesium draws your skin up after drying, so my legs then have a chalky feel that can seem to catch against my sheets. So, I decided to try this cream. It works & really tamps down my leg pain, so I'd give it 5 stars for that alone - except that 3 oz is a VERY small amount of product - I'm convinced the packaging costs more. I got this on sale for almost half off & even at that price, I'm not going to be willing to keep myself in this product the way I need to for everyday use. So for that reason, I reduced the rating. I actually feel that it should be reduced even lower because of the price point, but the product does help with pain - which is what it is purported to do.

It will help your nerve pain. Good product. Good price that I found than anywhere else.

Doesn't work as good as Tropricin Fibro pain relieving cream ( MYPainAway). Also doesn't last as long either.

This works pretty well on my feet for neuropathy. I also use it on my finger tips for same issue. I use it 2X daily. You only need a small amount. Although this seems expensive for the amount in the tub, it was less than at the drug store

I purchased Nervive Pain Relieving Cream for my 77 year old mother, as she has neuropathy in her hands. While it’s not a miracle cure, it does the job.
