Very inferior quality, the handle screw are coming out when delivered, and the rubber/gasket is also loose. Not durable, the handles will break very soon

Got black stain dots in the inside bottom in 10 days of use. So the inside is not purely stainless steel. Tried soaking overnight in vinegar+water but it's not going. average quality at low price. Whistle vent is nickel coated. Need to scratch entirely when it starts ripping off. Sometimes it doesn't whistle as there is a hole in gasket area. Gasket slides out more often. This is a bit frustating. So need to move and adjust gasket. Quality product will cost double. So still I would say it's good deal @1500. You get steel with cost little over aluminium cooker. The rivetless inside makes it unique. edit: stopped whistling and gas releases from gasket area hole sliding out gasket. Need to push gasket in at time of whistle with the help of spoon. It has become useless after 2week of use. Seems I got faulty lid. edit2: After trying for few day I was able to connect to customer care. After sending videos via email they finally agreed to replace the product. Will update later after receiving new product. Edit: New cooker received from bergner. The hole is in middle of gasket ring. It was manufacturing defect in old one. shared pic of both together. Now I improved rating to 5 star.

Well and thoughtfully designed small pressure cooker for cooking daal or sabji with less gravy for one or two persons. Best part is it's interior, absolutely rivetless and smooth. So easy to clean as no grease or any food residue will remain stuck around inner side at the joint.Great purchase in small size!!!!.

Cooker just ok,food sticks to the bottom at times even though there is sufficient water,I have used it occasionally in last 15 months ,but now the weight cap just seperated out,can say that product quality not good.

During my first experience using the cooker, a serious and frightening incident occurred. The whistle failed to function properly, and the safety valve burst, resulting in extensive damage to my kitchen. Before placing the cooker on the gas stove, I carefully inspected the whistle, the lid, and the cooker body. I also washed the cooker thoroughly, as recommended for first use, and then began cooking meat. After some time, I noticed that the whistle was not functioning at all. Instead of the normal whistling sound, only a hissing noise was coming from the cooker. Shortly thereafter, the safety valve exploded, leading to this dangerous incident. I purchased this pressure cooker on 21st January 2026 in the morning, and the incident occurred the very same evening. This was my first Bergner pressure cooker, and such a severe safety failure on the first day of use is extremely alarming and disappointing.
