Covers all types of proteins needed

I’ve been taking these Perfect Amino tablets with my clean keto diet. They’re convenient for when I’m on the go but still want a full essential amino acid profile for my workout or everyday energy. From what I’ve read, they’re up to 99% bioavailable(?), meaning that nearly all the amino acids are used by the body to build your muscle and repair tissue with hardly any of it wasted or turned into calories. The company says they’re clinically shown to absorb within about 23–30 minutes after swallowing. Plus, less than one calorie per 5-gram serving if you’re concerned anbout calorie impact. A typical 5 tablet serving is equal to 30g of whey protein but with minimal calorie impact. PROS: tablets are definitely clean, vegan, and contain zero sugar or fillers. MINOR CONS: they are a bit large to swallow and slightly chalky when you put them in your hand. And the price is on the higher side. That said, for someone like me, in an active keto-focused lifestyle right now and often rushing out the door, this has been a solid and hassle-free way to get higher quality amino acids without dragging around protein shakes or nasty protein bars. If you’re ok with the price, I recommend them.

Great product

I find this protein powder to be very effective at supplementing my protein needs for muscle tone & energy. I’m not wild about the odd smell, as opposed to another brand I no longer purchase due to the price increase. But, that is something I can handle in a capsule form given it does what I need it to do for me.

I chose this particular supplement because I trust the brand and I value the product. I took a star away because I stuggle to take these without gagging. They definitely have an awful flavor and they are big -- so you almost can't swallow these without tasting them. I take 2 at a time (5 total). I took another star away because this is the 4th bottle and I haven't really noticed any benefits. I know not all supplements cause noticeable changes. I will continue to purchase this for now, because I still believe it's a good product. Not sure if that's smart LOL

I have ordered this product based on a TikTok recommandation + the amazingly positive reviews I read about this product made me want to try it, the seller *exborders* delivered it on a timely manner, the product is genuine and was delivered in a good state (not hot)! I have yet to see results yet it seems to be effective to cover up my protein daily needs.
