Gift for grandson to help with learning/reviewing math facts.

This game is fun and a great family learning game. I used it with addition and subtraction for my oldest child and just number recognition with my youngest. We put it on the number side and my oldest rolled the dice and solved equation and my youngest just used the spinner and matched numbers. It made for some fun family time where both my children could play.

I got this for my kids to work on math skills over the summer. The bugs are two sided with numbers on one side and addition/subtraction problems on the other. It comes with 3 dice (2 numbers and 1 +/-) as well as a spinner with numbers on it. Several games are shown so you can practice different skills and levels which is brilliant. So today all bugs had a number. K/1st grader got dice to roll math problems to solve. PreK child got spinner and simply had to find number and name them. There are not man games that let two kids play side by side at their own skill level like this. We will get a few years of use from this. So happy we grabbed it. Kids also love swatting bugs so it’s a good way to get them to practice math.

This is a really fun and interactive way to practice early math skills, especially if your child enjoys hands-on learning and movement. The game comes with a generous amount of pieces, including double-sided flies, multiple swatters, dice, and a spinner, and there are so many different ways to play. You can work on number recognition, addition, and subtraction, and even create your own variations, which adds a lot of replay value. We especially liked how engaging it is physically—kids aren’t just sitting and solving problems, they’re actively participating. That said, this wasn’t a perfect fit for us. My child has ADHD, and while the game is fun, it can be a little overstimulating and hard to stay focused on the learning aspect. The excitement of swatting sometimes takes over the actual math portion. Also, the color matching between the flies and swatters was occasionally confusing, which slowed things down a bit. Overall, this is a creative and well-made learning game with a lot of flexibility, but younger kids or those who struggle with focus may need extra guidance to get the most out of it. ⭐️I included a video of game play!

My First Graders love this game! They beg for it during math centers!

I use this with my K, 1st and 2nd graders, they love it!! It’s a fun way to get them excited about learning and keep them engaged!
