NECA Predator 7" Scale Ultimate Jungle Hunter Action Figure, 204 months to 999 months

First Predator from original movie - Absolutely AWESOME figure. NECA does it again. The detail is fantastic, it looks just like him. The accessories are amazingly detailed and work great with the figure.(I.) Accessories:(A) Comes with extra heads: mask-less head, masked head, and then also there's just his silver mask as a separate piece...the separate mask unfortunately canNOT be put on his un-masked head (like the AVP "Elder" Predator figure can)...but he can hold it in his hand. The masked head they provide MORE than compensates for that, though. It looks amazing, so you can get both the masked or unmasked look simply by switching heads. No complaints there, I love it.The detail on his face (the un-masked) is great. You can tell they took a lot of time and put a lot of effort into making it not only a spot-on likeness, but perfect as a sculpt/figure. The head WITH the mask is just as perfect as well. I have no complaints whatsoever on either.The dreadlocks are amazing quality - I assumed they'd be "fused" to his head in a plastic/resin type feel, like the McFarlane and other figures do with hair, but his dreads actually move! They feel like some kind of rubber-ish material and they are flexible like real hair stuff would be. That is just one of the many amazing small details that NECA paid attention to and that is the kind of thing, to me, which separates this figure and this brand from - and ABOVE - all the rest.(B) Other accessories include extra hands which you can swap out so he can hold his different accessories or hold different poses.(C) Also comes with the extra piece of armor that's equipped with a highly detailed must-have: the shoulder cannon. The entire piece fits onto him - for his shoulder/back.(D) The last of the accessories includes: skulls, skulls w/spinal column, and the blue thing he can hold, I wasn't sure at first but upon inspection I believe it represents the fire from his energy weapon.(II.) Other info:He stands very well, and has a lot of articulation for great variability in posing.I absolutely LOVED Predator when I was little, watched the movie so much it made my family roll their eyes, lol.HIGHLY recommended figure for any fan of the movie/Predator.On top of that, I can't believe the price I got it for. The value is most definitely far beyond the price. Very fair price for an extremely awesome figure. Very glad I got this one.Even the box it comes in is awesome. It's so nice I made sure to preserve it during opening. It has a front flap that opens like a book cover so you can see everything through the window. High quality cardboard material, great box for collectors. I take all of my figures out but I still kept this box, which I generally never do.Buy with confidence, no buyer's remorse here!-Nicole

This exceeded my expectations, by far! For the price I paid, I was not expecting an exact replica of Predator, which is what I got! They went to great lengths to capture every intricate detail, such as retractable blades at the wrists, wires on the armor, flip-cover display on the forearm, shoulder blaster.... absolutely everything was there! I got it for my 7yr old who is obsessed with predator after seeing a trailer for one of the movies, and he couldn't be happier. Of course, it is best used as a model with it being so detailed. It isn't really designed for much play. If you move the head it pops right off since it is interchangeable, and the tiny features such as retractable blades, break easily if you aren't careful, but I knew what I was getting when I ordered it and my son and I both are extremely satisfied with this purchase regardless!

I'm happy that these are no longer being price gouged. Paying anything over $100 for this will activate buyers remorse.It's definitely not a bad product. It's very detailed but has some fragile bits on it, so giving this to a child to play with will ruin it in no time.Now that that's out of the way, it's the PREDATOR. When I opened the package I inspected the figure and it's accessories with great care and a magnifying glass. I've read other people's reviews about receiving their merchandise being in poor condition and sometimes broken. This particular figure has no broken pieces or anything to complain about. I'm pretty sure this one has been sitting in a box in a warehouse somewhere. The smell of fresh paint and what smells like curing epoxy that accompanies some of these figures was present, but so faded you'd never know it unless you stick your nose right up to it and take a sniff when it's fresh out of the box. The Jim Hopper(skinned victim) accessory pack I bought a while back had that stink for months. Same for the City Hunter and the Jungle Demon. There's no "born on" date on the package so there's no way of knowing until you open it how bad it is going to smell. For once I got lucky.I like the box it comes in for displaying purposes. A small Velcro tab keeps the front flap closed if you want it that way.If you take it out to display it know the joints are a tad stiff at first, so be careful posing it.Buy one and see, if you're a fan of the Predator movies, comics or artwork you'll probably like this figure.

This neca Ultimate Jungle Hunter might be the best overall version of the original 87 ( Jungle Hunter i.e renegade) predator in the neca collection so far. Has everything. ( i.e swappable heads, accessories, accurate action figure scale, nice packaging etc) Recommend getting the original 87’ classic figure if you are an Alien or Predator fan. 👍
