I doubt if I'm using it in wrong place? In SG, it overheats after 5min outside filming. I fully understand that since SG is in tropical area. However, in north CHN, it overheats after 8min outside filming, in winter under 0C. Fortunately, it's a good stuff for warming my hands in such frozen days. Probably this product is designed for using at north/south pole.

Item arrived with loose shutter button. Returned for a refund. Process was fairly smooth, however the HST for my shipping fee was not refunded.

High quality pictures and rather fast interface. Pairing to the app was simple and almost did it on its own. The battery life isn't great, however. Down 9% in about 5-7min of use. I would still recommend it, however.

Capturing a 360 image used to be very difficult. I find the one shot image very easy and very useful for a variety of spaces. I think the image quality is very good while I don’t use the videos. I understand the resolution is quite high.

I'm a professional real-estate photographer. I purchased this camera to create 3D tours. I have found some shortcomings of this device which not many people mention. The first is that this device consumes a lot of power. I really can't go longer than thirty minutes or about 22 3D images before I have to replace the battery. I quickly learned that I needed spares. Secondly I recently experience overheating. I do live in Nevada mind you, but it wasn't hotter than 85F that day. I literally had to blow on the camera to cool it down to get to turn on again after it overheated. To me this overheating disqualifies it from the category of a professional product. I contacted customer service and they advised me to swap out batteries as that is the source of the overheating. I haven't tested that "fix" but that's not exactly convenient now is it?
