Absolutely strong and stable for rinsing sushi rice or any other product. I like this model because I can spray the rice in the strainer as I gently roll the water over it, rinsing all the debris and excess starch out of it. I then let it sit in the strainer for a bit as I ready the steamer. Great handle, very strong and super sturdy! Stable and a great value for the money, I trust this product and I trust the seller as well.
