No power supply and no detailed instructions.
Would have gone higher, but there are cable hookups for the front temperature panel with no instructions on how to hook it up, as well the description implies it comes with a power supply installed. Ah not so much. Mine came sans power supply. Shame. After doing some research, I was able to figure out cabling. So I upped the rating. Still disappointed it had no power supply, but Amazon allowed me to order one and reimbursed me the price of the power supply.
