How many plugs can be plugged into it? Just two (as shown) or are there more on other sides that you can't see from the photo?

I just received mine in September 2017, and it has three outlets all on the same side (contrary to photo). It seems they may have recently redesigned it.

Does the plug angle to the left or the right when looking at it plugged in to the outlet.

The plug/cord angle to the left if you are looking at the plug. If you place your back against the wall of where the plug is attached it angles to the right.

For the input, does it have 3 holes or 2?

It has 2 outlets on one side and 1 outlet on the other side.
