Great purchase!
This frame looks fantastic hanging on my wall. I did the three 8 x 10 pictures in black and white and they look like something a professional did. It was super easy to set up and mount. A bit pricey but I got it cheaper on Prime Days. Still worth the money if you’re looking for something that will stand out.

These are quite flimsy, definitely inexpensive for simple decor but you can tell the difference from nicer/more expensive options that are sturdier.

Umbra Customer Service Non-existent
Product sufficient. Umbra Customer Service Item shipped without hardware and they wanted to charge $15 for the replacement. Only option is to try to stuff this frame back in its tight packaging, return, and reorder. Totally unacceptable on Umbra's part. Relentless pursued complementary delivery of this missing hardware and Umbra finally did send it to me.

Cheap and broken
Item arrived with the glass broken. I immediately reached out to the manufacturer thinking they’d resolve it so I continued to mount it to my wall. Once I did that, I regretted it. It looks cheap. The frames dont hang flush with the wall so it’s distracting. Deciding to go with 3 regular frames.

Bereits vor dem ersten Aufhängen hat sich leider ein Schweißpunkt von den Aufhängungen für die Bilder gelöst, so dass das Set nicht mehr verwendbar ist. Leider erhalte ich seit Wochen keinerlei Rückmeldung von dem Kundendienst. Absolut ärgerlich! Schlechte Qualität.
