how bright it is,it is really a high lumens flashlight

What is meant by “…please take out the insulating trip…”? I took the paper off. But maybe the blue wrap and silver line and ends too?

How do you charged it? I bought one and it worked great until it died. Now won't charge.

It takes hours to charge. Only use the included charger & wait until all the charge indicator lights are lit. But it can take about 5-ish hours sometimes.
