I've had this couch a little over a week now, fallen asleep on it a few times, and had my brother in law (6'2) in town who has slept on it exclusively with no issues at all! It's comfy, sturdy, has great storage, and looks great! You can fit three adults comfortably without the bed pulled out, three adults and a large dog with the bed! 😂 For the price, I truly have no complaints. There was no weird smell when I opened it. I got light grey, and it is a great grey color, not too blue or too black. Actually incredibly easy to build! I do recommend having a second person handy for putting the armrests on, everything else is easy to do with one person. Yes, you need a drill, but it's very clearly stated in the instructions and it's only for one small part (the wheels of the trundle). All in all, it took me about an hour to build. Most of it comes pre-built which I loved and was pleasantly surprised by! The armrests are a little sniff, but not uncomfortable. The back cushions will more than likely need more stuffing at some point, but that's totally doable and simple. The cushions all have zippers. The couch itself it's a stiffer foam texture, almost a memory foam, which I personally love, but if you like a super soft, cloud like couch, this might not be for you. The depth of the seat is a little short for those of us with long legs, I'm 5'9 and fiance is 6'3, and both of us can sit comfortably, but the couch stops a bit from both of our knees, so do keep that in mind if you're taller. The chaise is customizeable for left or right, same with the arm rests, and the charging is fast charging!! I have been able to fit all of my large collection of throw blankets and crochet supplies in the chaise. The trundle pulls out smooth as butter, and goes back in super easily. I highly recommend this couch for any small space, and for anyone on a budget, value for money is a 10/10. I truly love it, and would buy it again.

I was very surprised and pleased with this sofa. I needed something with a little bit of storage which would be good in a small space. This fit the space nicely and the storage works great! The sofa came in four different boxes, but wasn’t terrible to put together. There were really two main issues we encountered. One was the slide in locking brackets to attach the backs to the bottom frame were about 1/2” in width different than the holes and brackets inside the bottom frame. We broke one trying to get it in and then we had to bend the other to get it to go. Even with one broken, it still remained surprisingly sturdy. The other issue we had was when the instructions told us to put the rollers on the bottom of the pop out. Instructions showed four holes to put it in, but no holes were drilled. We had to do our best to line the four rollers up and then we had to get a drill and bit to screw them into the wood. Other than that, it was fairly simple to put together. This is a great little couch that is comfortable, affordable, great for a small space, and great storage for the price.

I love my little couch. It’s perfect for my studio apartment and I was able to put it together by myself in the length of a movie. An extra person definitely would’ve been helpful for a couple things, but I managed. Is it the comfiest couch in the world? No, but for the price I really cannot complain. The storage is great and the trundle makes it very roomy. As for the missing screw holes that other folks have mentioned, they aren’t really missing. My instructions explicitly stated there were no holes for the wheels and you would need a drill or electric screwdriver. I assumed the missing holes were anomalies and had to pause in the middle to find a drill, but have a drill handy! The screws for the wheels are indeed screws and not bolts. They cut into the wood just fine and are very secure. The couch itself feels very sturdy and solid and the fabric feels nice. I got the dark gray and it is a very nice neutral gray that doesn’t trend blue or tan. It works perfectly for me and my needs and I would definitely recommend it.

**Update** After three weeks of back and forth with the seller (first was via phone call and went well)... I was told to dispose of it. They will not take it back. A refund was thankfully issued, but buyer beware. Others have had good experiences, but it is a crap shoot. Quality control is a suggestion. Easy enough to put together with some degree of balance (solo) or communication (with help) needed as things are not flush.Mine came with the material already in bad shape.This was for a movie/guest room. The sitting pillows are not terrible.The back "soft" pillows are nothing like what others have received. It will not be staying in my home. Spend a little more somewhere you can see in person first. Item arrived in four boxes, as described. Easy enough for me , but a second person would have been nice. I opened the smallest box (the pull out section, box 4) and was instantly aware that I would not need to open the rest. The material is thin and weak. The "pad" would not last long with any kind of normal use. Just my hand with a little bit of pressure was able to completely bottom the cushion...This cushion is supposed to act as part of the pull out leg rest/bed section. I did not have to fully remove it from the box, the issues were so apparent. This sucks. It is listed as being able to be returned or refunded, yet no support available . I will not seek them out further. Customer service: I've spent the entire day trying to call them on their listed number. I have left voicemail with no response. It is now approaching their customer service end of day,so I am posting my review . **edit** Their customer service called me back and the rep was very easy to deal with. She got the ball rolling to get the couch back to them. She rocked.

This seems like a very sturdy sofa so far and was packaged great. The problems I had is the screws for the brackets that required the washers were too short! I ended up not using the washers so that it would work. Also the cushions on the back of the couch are taller than the actual back. The worst part about putting this couch together was the 16 screws for the wheels with no pre drilled holes or tool for it. I was lucky that I have a tiny tool set with screwdrivers! Please get a drill if you buy this sofa! My arms are soo sore! I also live alone and put this couch together with no help. It was no easy task and took me 3.5 hours to finish. Overall, the directions were clear and easy to follow. It seems like a sturdy couch... I definitely recommend that you have a drill and a friend to help if you plan on getting this couch.

This is a great value couch. I shopped around my cities furniture stores and ikea and any couch similar to this was over 1000 dollars. At best I found a used version of this on clearance for 650... But right here on Amazon? 280 in "Used - mint" with FREE shipping! Everything looked brand new and was vacuum sealed in original packaging so I'm just gonna write my review as if it was brand new. I had no missing parts - and they include 1 extra of every 'losable' piece like screw / washer which ended up saving them from me docking a star - one of the screws broke in half. Assembling took me about an hour... I ended up following the instructions to the letter which has you building it exactly as pictured in the description and then the next page AFTER you finish assembly it mentions you can reverse which side the chase is on... soooo i swapped it to fit where I wanted it which wasted some of my time but oh well. I thankfully did own a drill which is required to build this by the way unless you want to drive 16 screws in by hand into plywood... which should be possible with a screw driver and patience. Anyways the actual couch itself does feel like a budget couch but I won't complain about that because... its a budget couch lol. Its pretty dang firm but I think if you really want to spend hours on it you probably want to buy yourself some soft pillows and a blanket to go with the couch... I'm actually considering looking into more cushions too or cutting my own memory foam to add in but aside from that its comfortable enough - its practical and actually laying on it I personally do prefer firm mattresses so I could totally see myself enjoying this for a night or two as a sleeper. In my opinion this is worth up to 400 total cost to your door, I was fortunate to get it for much less and I'm happy about it. Oh side note - the way its designed when you are done assembling you can still break it down into 3 sections easily which makes it very easy to move - you could even throw it in your closet to store it if needed.

Read the reviews, saw the pros and cons, agree with most of them. Still giving 5 stars, but it's only been a few days, so I can't speak to longevity. Was slated for delivery on a Friday, received tracking that it was delivered Thursday, but it was only 1 box out of 4. The other packages were delivered on the Friday. Was delivered by the date (snd within 48 hours of placing the order, so very fast), but as I was back and forth in the process of moving, it would have been helpful to have tracking for all of the packages to make sure I was around, but after reading reviews, I expected it. It was packaged in a way that opening the boxes up with a box cutter would not damage any pieces. It came with an extra of all screws, washers, etc just in case. Each box also contained instructions, just in case. Agreed with others saying the arms were quite difficult to get on. The instructions said to do it one way. For example, if it said tilt part A into part B, I found it much easier to tilt part B into part A the opposite way and it worked perfectly that way. Was much easier and faster putting it together with a friend, but we ran out of time and I had to finish on my own and did just fine that way too. It's good for small spaces. And it's exactly what I want in a sofa, but in case you don't like it, please note that it is very firm. You're not going to sit down and sink in. So if that's what you're looking for, this isn't it. But so far, everyone I've had over helping me move in has been a fan and I'm currently writing this while fast charging my phone and all is well and working as it should.

Good quality couch for what you pay, not the most comfortable but it's not so bad. F The size was great for a small 8x 14 room. Looks good, it's not the most sturdy but as long as you're not jumping on the couch it should last a while.
