BE PATIENT, IT WORKS! It took two straight months of using this for it to finally resolve my piercing bumps (on my nippy nips) after putting in new jewelry. I actually think half the reason it took so long is because of the piercing bump solution! I used that in tandem with the piercing after care spray for a month, noticed that the bumps were sorta shrinking, but not really. So after a month, I stopped using the bump solution and ONLY used the spray, and within 3 weeks of just using the spray, my bumps are just about completely gone! So, my advice is to skip the solution and just do the spray. But overall, be patient, don’t pick the crusty scabs off unless you’re in a hot shower and have things loosened up. That goes against the LITHA method, but I think it helps with healing because the spray can actually penetrate the bump.

Wow! This stuff works. I had a piercing bump surface about 5 weeks after I got my nose pierced. Using my normal saline didn't seem to do the trick. I started using a warm compress of saline (warm up saline solution, dip a cotton pad in it and hold it on the piercing site for about 5 min or so about 3-4 times a day) and also purchased this Bump Solution Oil. I use the Bump Solution Oil after I use the saline and my bump is almost completely gone after only 4 days of use. I HIGHLY recommend this stuff! (I have NOT yet used the saline solution which came with this pack, I have only used the bump oil)

Pros: Tea Tree Oil Boost: I really believe the tea tree oil in spray and the bump solution played a big role in keeping inflammation down and helping it heal faster. Effective Spray: I used the spray 3x a day in the first 1–2 weeks, and any time I accidentally snagged the piercing, one spray cleared up any irritation or discharge quickly. Visible Results: My piercing is still healing, but it’s healing fast and beautifully. Tip & Trick for first time navel piercing : I used gauze and a large bandage to protect the area at bedtime to keep from getting caught on clothing , and Cons: None so far. I’ve had a great experience with consistent use and care. Conclusion: If you’re serious about caring for a new or irritated piercing—especially one prone to snagging or buildup, this aftercare combo is worth every drop. Highly recommend adding it to your piercing recovery routine.

About three months following my nose piercing, a bump developed. It was incredibly noticeable as it surrounded the stud nose ring. I was using a saline solution that I got free with an ear piercing some time ago. Getting a nose piercing while working in professional environments can stand out but the bump definitely stood out. The aftercare kit was a lifesaver. I saw an improvement in a few weeks. The oil smells really good and works as it states when the directions are followed. The bump is a distant memory.

This seemed to be working after the first 4-5 days but it did not get get rid of my piercing bump on my nose as hoped. It did soothe the area and Ive been able to keep the piercing (even able to switch out the jewelry) but unfortunately I still have the bump. I will continue using it, maybe I'm impatient and more time will yield better results.

This is the best piercing aftercare spray I’ve ever used. I also really like the bump oil but I’ve purchased the spray separately - 4 OTHER TIMES! It works so well and I automatically feel my piercing becoming less irritated after using it. Love this and I would purchase for a fifth time in the future!

I just got my septum pierced on 10/22/25 and has been my roughest piercing yet. Initially the piercer put it in really crooked, which she was happy to leave it like that. It was so obviously wonky that I asked her to fix it. Had to get pierced a second time, which hurt way worse and I was a bleeding mess. (Probably not going back to her). I’ve never struggled to heal any of my previous piercings but this one…oooooof. Started out with a small irritation bump that just grew to this huge red bump on the one side within the month. I was driving myself crazy because I am a picker. Any little bumps or skins, pimples-i go ham. I was trying so hard to leave it alone bc I know messing with it makes it worse, but it was becoming very painful. This was my last resort, if this oil didn’t work I was pulling it after a week. I work 12 hour shifts as a bedside nurse. I had one of my coworkers look at piercing site (she has her septum done) to ask for advice. She was like “oooo you might have to pull it). Anyways, I Applied a few drops to a qtip and massaged on the bump. Didnt really sting, smelt good and I went along with the shift. I reapplied about halfway through my shift and it felt significantly better to my surprise. At the end of the shift, I had my friend reassess it and she was shocked that it wasn’t as swollen and could tell it’s improved. Now it’s reduced 2/3 of the original size, no longer red and my nose doesn’t hurt. I highly recommend this product. The spray is meh for a septum site and really isn’t that special vs like a saline spray from the store. I’d rather use my flushes from work bc I can get in there easier with my nose.
