I had purchased this product from Amazon in September 2025, but within 4 months it stopped working, so I tried to complain to brand from Amazon website but iam unable to contact brand person, so I called Amazon customer care they inform that there return policy is only for one week and informed me to contact brand only and give there number, then I called them by whatsapp the. Brand person as send some subcontracted service engineer, he had come and checked the product and informed that booster and SMPS as damaged. And received a whatsapp message from brand to remove booster and SMPS and send courier to there place and they will check and if there is any problem they will replace and they are telling to do all those things from our side only, then what is the meaning of warranty iam in south India and brand is some were in North India. So once again I contacted Amazon and explained my problem they had raised a complaint and issued ticket and said to wait for 5 days, again after 7days once again I contacted Amazon customer care but again they are asking for invoice and again raised complaint and said to wait for 7 working days. I really fed-up, from past 1 month water filter is not working. Both Amazon and brand is not giving a solution instead of that they are dragging time. We had a good opinion with Amazon but by purchasing this product we lost hope. Really really very very disappointed.

Value for money, best performance so far, I've purchased kent grand plus which costed around 18k, but it haven't even lasted for 7months and to change filter they asked 6k but this whole purifier itself costed me around 5k but it gives me same performance and best value for money

Never buy this item. Within just 6 days of use, the motor completely stopped working. When I contacted the company, instead of providing proper service or replacement, they asked me to send the motor for repair at my own courier expense. This is very disappointing and not acceptable for a new product. Customer support is not helpful, and the product quality is poor. I strongly suggest buying an RO from a local vendor where you can get quick service and support when needed. Not recommended at all.

Good one, worked for 6 months and then there was charger issue. Some low quality one, had to spend another 1100/- on it. Because the claimed warranty doesnt work. After fixing it is working fine again.
