Excellent - I don't think some of the reviews on this are fair
I bought this product after reading mostly positive reviews - but some reviews said it leaked, it was hard to fill completely and the water tasted bad. The only problem I had with leaking was the one time I didn't get the cap on right. However, I always turn it upside down before putting it in my bag to check for leaks. There's a trick to getting the cap on correctly: when you put the cap on first spin it slowly counter-clockwise like you're unscrewing it until you click a "click." That sound is the threads engaging and lining up. Then screw it clockwise and tighten as normal. I agree that it shouldn't require a "trick" but once I figured this out I can quickly and easily get the cap on correctly. The hose connects with a solid "click" and I've had no leaks from that connection. The second issue I've seen in reviews is that it's hard to completely fill, and this is true if you try to get every last drop possible in it. However, I questioned how much water this actually holds so I completely filled the reservoir and poured it out into my 2 liter measuring cup. It held about 2.2 liters. So it is hard to put 2.2 liters into a 2 liter reservoir, but it's easy to fill to the 2L advertised capacity. The other issue is the taste, and if you put water in it brand new without cleaning it, it will taste like rubber. So I washed mine with warm water and a little dish soap (and ran some through the tube) and thoroughly rinsed it. I spent 10 minutes doing this 1 time and the water tasted completely normal after that. If you leave water in it for over 24 hours (especially if partially filled) then you'll get a slight aftertaste. If you're looking to store water for several days without any change in taste, then this product probably isn't for you. Two things that would make this better are to include a sleeve option for the tube. I've got a green/brown bag and the bright blue tube just doesn't look good against it. Also the hook at the top of the reservoir (used to hang inside your bag) is shaped like a T and that works great in my bag, but my wife's bag has a velcro loop. To secure it in her bag we'll have to rig a string through the T hook and the loop in the bag. Finally, check the dimensions before ordering your size. The measurements showed it would be a tight fit in my bag and it is, but it works fine and I'm glad I got the larger size. The measurements in the specs are accurate with the bag full of water. Bottom line, I liked this enough to buy one for my wife.

Great
Great. I use this for rucking. It’s easy to get a good amount of water per “sip”, and it holds a little over 3L. The material is good, it’s a thick-ish rubber thats smooth but not slick. It doesn’t leak. The cap comes on and off easily, you just twist it the same as any twist-lid, but it won’t undo itself. Rinse the thing out, including the tube, before actually using it. I say that because there’s a hint of a chemical taste at first, if you don’t. Overall great purchase, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking for a 3L Camelbak, id choose this one

A good, durable, inexpensive hydration solution
Holds the described capacity easily. Very lightweight, easy to carry. Durable. The only way I get through faire season without dying of dehydration.

If ya need one, ya need one
It is not bad. Did not come with a magnet. Expensive for some plastic material. Its a normal bladder, nothing special,

Works as intended
As you age, hydration on hot summer days becomes vital to your health, especially when hiking more than six miles. I used to be able to hike 10 miles without the hike affecting my heart rate. Today, I have to be careful. The Camelbak Crux for the M.U.L.E. replacement is 100 oz and will keep you hydrated on extended hikes. Sometimes these don't come with instructions, so I'll leave this here. To seal the CamelBak Crux, turn the cap to the left until it clicks, then turn it to the right to seal the water pack. If you don't tighten the cap this way, the Crux won't seal, and your bladder will leak. Another tip is to buy a mini filter for the hose. This requires you to cut the hose during installation but enables you to collect and filter water from most outdoor park wells/drinking fountains without worrying about age or contaminants. Cleaning, on the other hand, is a bit harder. You have to clean and dry it after every use. If you don't, you'll get mold, and you'll destroy your crux.

Replaced by warranty
Although it developed a leak, the warranty replacement process was successful and a fairly simple process. A picture and proof of purchase was required. The whole process took only 5 business days!

Best bladder on the market
I have bought multiple Cambelbak bladders over the last 10 years and they keep me very satisfied. These are by far the best reservoirs on the market. The handle makes it easy to fill and close the opening. It is made from sturdy material and the bladder itself will keep the water pretty cool when stored in a backpack, even on hot days. I also have an insulation bag, but I never use it. When cycling in 32 degrees Celcius, that's 89F for you imperial speakers out there ;), it will keep cool in the backpack throughout the day. It never leaked when I used it. I can really recommend this bladder.

Ottimo
Indispensabile secondo me per lunghe uscite in montagna! La praticità di bere senza ogni volta cercare la borraccia o dover togliere lo zaino! Zero retrogusto di plastica, semplice da pulire grazie al tappo ampio, soddisfatto

Excellent Hydration Pack! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’ve used this CamelBak hydration pack twice so far, and I’m very happy with it. It doesn’t leak at all, it’s very easy to use, and it arrived very quickly. The drinking nozzle is also very well designed—it locks securely and is easy to use. Great product!

Assolutamente consigliata.
