Well Ive got to send them back as they arent the same as the one I have and I just love it.

This toothbrush is fabulous! I originally bought it in a retail store but unfortunately can no longer find it there. My gums have improved significantly due to the ultra soft bristles and the weighted handle. I have better control and that prevents me from hitting my gums and teeth with the brush head. The replacement brush head is an added bonus! Please give it a try and Colgate please continue to sell this toothbrush!!!

Love this product. But wouldn’t you know it, not but I few months after I bought it and decided to stock up on replacement heads, the charcoal heads are no longer available. Instead I only have the option to but the whole starter kit. What’s the point of buying a toothbrush with replaceable heads if you have to buy a new handle every time anyway. It’s as if they discontinued the product almost as immediately as they released it. Why create a product that’s meant to last decades and then discontinue it only a year(s) later, rendering it worthless. It’s totally absurd and these toothbrushes are now an absolute failure because of it. Such a shame. How about fewer new products and a little more follow through?
