I've purchased item due to strap of my everyday bag was damaged. It's very thick leather and I didn't have my hopes high, but boy oh boy, I was pleasantly suprised! Kit it's full of VERY useful items I didn't even expect to find for such a good value for money prize. Very good quality, handy package. Definitely needed in my household. TRULY deserved five stars. You can see my first, but defo not last sewing project:-)

I bought his not for repairing anything in perticular but to sew buttons on my sheepskin jacket. I lost one button so had to get a new set. I tried to sew it with a normal needle and thread it was very hard work. Then I got this kit as the reviews was good. I like everything contained in a little purse and its bright orangs .So it will be easy to locate. % different coloured waxed threads which are very strong. A supply of curved needles. Various straight needles with diffrent tips and thickness. I choose one that was slim enough to go through a thick button. You also get a funny thimble , 2 leather finger protectors, snips which are sharp, a tape measure . " dowels ( one straight and one with a curved edge). I used a straight dowel to pierce the sheepskin. It made it very easy then to sew the button. Very pleased I bought his. I can use it for many other projects. For me It was a good buy

I needed this to repair a handbag that I love and wanted to try and save. As a total novice this kit was easy to use and handy. the finger protection is a bonus and definitely needed. The zip case is also great for keeping it safe and out of the way.

Arrived promptly. Many accessories. Used to sew through very thick nylon straps on horse turn out rug. Did the job, and it’s still holding!! Thread is really strong and waxed. The kit has all you need for the job.
