It's not sticking on my LG G6 screen. As soon as I put it on and remove all the bubbles, they come back! I'm asking for a refund but Amazon tells me I have to pay $20 for shipping it back while in the description it says that we can get replacement for free. I don't want replacement I want my money back. How?

Got this screen replacement for an LG G6 that i was give to my wife. It works perfectly. The install was easy. It come with the tools to get the job done. How ever I used an IFXIT kit to do the one I had. So I can not speak on the tools that come with it. They look good enough to do the job. Will loose IP rating. So do get it wet after you install this screen. The double sided tape that came with it is thin and not vary good. I would recommend buying a role of good double sided tape. We have not had any problems with this screen. It's been installed for some time now and is still working great. Worth the money to me. I did not give the fingerprint reader any stars for this review because it did not apply. This is a front screen replacement. It does come with a screen protector but it cracks easy buy a better one.

To be honest, I was not expecting much. I had a feeling that a $30 screen would probably not be what was claimed by the seller and that it would be noticeably lower quality. But it turns out that I can't even tell the difference. It is a beautiful display that is perfectly responsive and came in great shape. I was especially surprised to see that the screen defiantly has the same max brightness as the OEM screen. The screen replacement tool kit provided has everything you need other than a precision knife and a heat gun. The only improvement for the kit could be to make the adhesive pre-shaped for the phone, but for $30 the provided strips that you cut are perfectly useable. The tapered glass screen protector went on without a problem and considering I have friends that have paid $25 for JUST a screen protector, I can't really complain about the protector quality. Warning: this was not a super easy replacement. having to heat the phone was kinda annoying and I ended up cracking my old screen much more attempting to remove it from the frame. Even though that did not matter, it is more difficult than tutorials let on. It took me about an hour and fifteen minutes from start to finish, but I was being very cautious and slow. All in all, great purchase. If I break my screen again, I will be ordering this same one. If the screen fails/dies without any physical reason, I will update my review.

THE REPLACEMENT SCREEN WAS A PROJECT TO INSTALL. AFTER INSTALLING I SAW THAT A SMALL COVER AT THE TOP OF THE REPLACEMENT SCREEN WAS MISSING. THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS GOING TO PUT MY NERVES THROUGH THE EXPERIENCE OF ANOTHER INTALL. I SUGGEST YOU LOOK OVER THE PRODUCT WELL BEFORE INSTALLING. THAT WAS MY MISTAKE. I HOPE THAT WAS A MANUFACTURING FLUKE AND NOT A PRACTICE OF THIS MANUFACTURER.

It is a pain in the a$$ to install, but my phone works like a charm now. There is a small blemish on the screen (area lighter than the rest, which doesn't bother me), but I believe that is down to user error. I forgot to pull the speaker grille off the old screen, so I had to remove and reinstall the screen a second time. I suspect it was this reinstall where I added the blemish. The included 3M double sided tape does the job, but it is very difficult to remove from the sheet and place. I doubt the phone is anywhere near the IP68 waterproof rating that it shipped with. Also, I would recommend replacing the battery, as you have to disassemble the phone down to its components anyways.
