Can't say enough good things about this fat separator. Works exactly as advertised. Must have when making bone broth, soups or gravies. Can't be without mine. Easy to clean. No leaks. Lightweight and perfect size.

Does an excellent job of allowing me to remove much of the fat from foods I cook like lamb shanks in a wine sauce - Braised chicken etc. Quick and easy to use and clean

Great product until the little nosel to release the liquid snapped and broke. I got maybe less than 10 uses out of it.

This fat separator is an absolute game changer! I saw it on someone’s TikTok and had to try it myself. It arrived just two days before Thanksgiving, and wow—what a difference. It takes all the guesswork out of separating fat. I have an old-school one and could never figure it out, but this one is so straightforward. Plus, it doubles as a serving cup, which is genius. This separator works great. Made gravy for 32 so I was a little intimidated. It would work for making a little or making a lot.

I love this! A pot roast from the crock pot yielded wonderful liquid and this was big enough to hold it. The perforated lid captured a lot, but not quite enough of the bits and pieces so I recommend using a strainer as an option. Either way, it’s a useful part of the multipurpose containers in my kitchen.m

Works well. Fairly easy to clean. We use it to add some juice back to the meats we smoke.

I love this separator, and highly recommend it! I’m picky when it comes to my kitchen items, and find this to be a very useful item. This saved me sooo much time skimming fat off the top of my Turkey juice in the pan, in order to make gravy. I simply scooped in the juices into the separator with a large ladle, press the handle and collect only the juice in a pot for making my gravy. What I absolutely love about this separator, is its design. Some separators have the plug on a side spout, but with this separator, the plug is at the bottom of the container. I thought it would leak - the plug being on the bottom - but it didn’t. I was able to get more juice out of this, without the fat. I can see the benefit of this separator over other ones I’ve seen.

Nice to separate gravy and fats. Gravy bowl on the bottom is a great idea to capture the separated product.

Buy one for everyone you know!! :) I've tired many separator's in the past and this is the only that does what it supposed to do. Very easy to use & comes apart to wash easily. Does not leak at all through the bottom hole. Brilliant design :) I just bought one for my parents after bringing mine to their house to make the Christmas gravy. Only negative is the peeler that comes with it is useless! It rotates but flips as you are trying to use it. I threw it away.

This separator comes ready to use out of the box, with a bonus vegetable peeler. The separator is large and holds a lot of juice. The top strainer is also generous so you can pour right from the pan without having to prestrain. Once the cup is almost full just wait a few minutes for the oil to separate. Then hold the separator over a container or pan and simply press the red button on the top of the handle and the bottom juices flow out. The button can be depressed at various pressures to control the flow. the handle is large and comfortable so its easy to operate with one hand. Releasing the button self-seals the bottom spout and it is leak proof. I have use the traditional low spout design and this is much easier and better. The top strainer pops off for easy cleaning and its dishwasher safe. The peeler is a bonus and it works well and is comfortable.
