Is there supposed to be a small tube inside the tube, connected to the pump? Nothing comes out and there is no tube (straw) inside the product.

Accepted Answer

No tube or straw in the pump. You have to store the product pump down, or squeeze the product to the pump top to prime it. It takes a minute, but as long as you don't unscrew the top, it gets most of the product out.
