Women's Rose Casual Closed Toe Sandals

I absolutely love these shoes. I am over 65 and want comfort and support no matter what I am doing. These shoes are stylish, cool , and comfortable. The sizing seems true. I ended up getting them in 3 colors. Whenever I find a good thing, I never stop at one!

I wear these nearly every day. Very comfortable. Cute shoe. Great for hikes - rugged sole made well for loose or wet rocks and steep climbs. Best of all, these don't make my feet sweat. I'm a true 7.5 and their sizing is spot-on.

I bought these shoes for an upcoming trip where we will be cliff hiking, exploring tide pools on the beach, and wandering around seaside villages; so I needed something rugged, but presentable. These shoes fit he bill. I'm not typically an athletic/outdoor shoe wearer, but these do look cute on. Especially for traveling. Right now I'm in the "breaking in" stage, and am very happy with the comfort and performance. I wore them this past weekend walking and cycling. They were a little tight at first, but since they are leather, figured they would stretch a bit. They also had an odd fit at first, almost like my foot wasn't quite straight a was tilted a little sideways. I didn't want to go up a half size as I wasn't planning on wearing with socks, the footbed fit perfectly, and again, I figured the leather would stretch. After three days wearing, I'm happy to report that they have stretched beautifully and my foot is sitting straighter. The toe box has plenty of room, and I really like the reinforced rubber toe which I think will be useful during said trip. The burnt olive leather is such a nice color and goes with most of my wardrobe. I really like them much more than I anticipated and can see myself wearing more frequently, even after our trip is over. In fact, there could be additional colors in my future. I do highly recommend the Keen Women's Rose Leather Shoe. They have won this girly shoe lover over. Update 6/29: These really were the most perfect shoes for my trip. The second photo was taken after miles of walking, hours on sandy beaches, and treading through lots of saltwater. We did a lot of uphill walking so these quickly became my shoe of choice over the wedges I thought I'd be wearing when not hiking or at the beach. The saltwater didn't mark or damage the leather at all. These ended up being cooler than my sandals, which was a huge plus when the temperatures got hotter than expected. Despite being a little tight, my feet did not blister at all. They continued to get more comfortable with each wear. I twisted my ankle and had to wear a brace for a few days. The brace did fit ok, but there is no way I'd be able to wear socks, if needed. There was a super hot day in which my feet were a little swollen (salty lunch didn't help), creating a tighter fit. With that said, I think my next pair will be a size 7, just to compare. I'm still glad I chose to stick with the 6 1/2. They are the perfect shoe to wear when not swelling or injuring my ankle.

These are quite a bit less chunky than the keens I remember. I always avoided them, so wide and kinda derpy looking. These are actually fairly narrow. They fit me fine, but I have a narrow heel & fairly thin ankles. They do read a little hippy chick to me, but i like them. They are ok for water and light trail use and could still be worn for daily use. The functional stuff: covered toes are a plus (protect my toes... and protect others from having to look at my toes). The velcro ankle strap works pretty well, but doesn't get super loose (neoprene strap underneath it). I have a ridiculously high arch/instep and it's kinda snug on me, which was surprising. Arch support of the footbed is ok, not as good as choco, but again- I have really high arches. No metatarsal support that I can feel, but it's a pretty cushy footbed overall. Tread is good, not crazy lugs, but grippy and plenty of texture. They do not feel like they have a shank in the sole, bummer. (They flex at mid foot) They are a little heavy, but that's pretty typical for these style shoes.

true to size, I love these sandals. They last a long time and are very versatile. I wear them almost every day during the summer because they have great support and are extremely comfortable. I especially have enjoyed wearing them on vacation in hot locations because you can literally walk all day in them, but they are breezy and open for hot weather.

Great shoe as always. These are my third pair. I love them for hiking, travel, 12 hours in a theme park - anything and everything. Good traction and arch support, moderate cushioning. Ordered last night; arrived at my front door this morning. Couldn't ask for more. I do agree with Amazon's recommendation to order 1/2 size up.

They are tight - maybe size up? The ankle strap has an elestic strap under it that prevents you from easily getting your heel into the shoe and the leather around the toes is pretty tight - guessing they need to be stretched to feel comfortable and get a foot in there. I dont have wide feet , but these are tight and the sides of my feet and heels are hanging over the edge of the shoe when I get it on. My feet look like a like 2 saussages squishing out of the shoes - I have narrow feet... hopefully they stretch They are cute - they aren't painful - yet - but If they don't stretch I can see blisters starting. The other thing I don't like is that the foot bed is rubber - it's not breathable at all - I thought it might be - so these don't really keep your feet cool like Merrell's do or even clarks or Naturalizer Soul shoes.. - they do kind of feel cheap b/c of the rubber foot bed.. Kind of weird to have a rubber foot bed and leather uppers? rubber for water shoes- but the leather can't get wet.. They also don't have as much arch support as Merrells do. Not sure they are worth it

These sandals performed like champs during a 3-week trip to Athens and Crete in which we walked ALL over the old quarters of Athens and ALL over the Venetian center of Chania, Crete. I bought them 2 months before our trip and wore them only a few times in advance to get the feel of them, so they were by no means "worn-in" by the time we left for Greece in October. I normally wear between a size 9 (Clarks and Uggs) and 9.5 (Merrell walking shoes, Ariat riding boots), so I opted for a 9.5 size with this Keen sandal. I was primarily concerned about my big toes rubbing against the inside of the semi-enclosed toe box but I was very happily surprised to find that whatever contact I may be making is indiscernible. I have experienced sweaty feet in other sandals with crepe soles as my feet tend to get moist with exercise, but had no slippery or gummy sensation with these soles. (Granted the temperatures in Athens in October were perfect for lots of walking - high 70's by day and high 50's by night). The straps around the front of the shoe are comfortably firm and just tight enough to prevent slipping from side-to-side, and the adjustable velcro strap over the ankle holds my foot nicely into the heel depression of the sole. I am so pleased with these sandals - they were my first Keen purchase (but not my last!) and I feel that I took a risk on an unknown product that paid me back hugely. Can't recommend them more.

Ich habe mir den Schuh vor 3 Wochen bestellt, da ich auf der Suche nach einem bequemen Schuh war, der sportlich aber auch einen touch schick aussieht und mit dem ich wunderbar meinen zwei Kindern hinterher komme - bei jeglichen Bedingungen! Da meine Kinder bereits seit zwei Jahren begeistert Keen Sandalen tragen, dachte ich mir - ich schau mal was es da so für mich gibt. Und mit diesem Schuh habe ich meinen absoluten, perfekten Freizeitschuh gefunden! Ich liebe die Farbe, den Style (eine Mischung aus sportlich schicker Sandale) und vorallem aber den Tragekomfort! Man zieht die Schuhe an, und es fühlt sich an als ob sie mit den Füßen eine Symbiose eingehen - nichts reibt oder drückt, das Material fühlt sich wunderbar an am Fuß und er ist so perfekt verarbeitet das er wirklich an keiner Stelle drückt - er ist super bequem. Ich kann damit ins Wasser gehen - das ist mir wichtig, denn meine Jungs lieben den kleinen Fluß nebenan und der ist sehr steinig. Manchmal muss Mama eben super schnell hinterher und zur Stelle sein - bei diesen Schuhen kann ich einfach loslaufen, ohne mir einen Kopf darüber zu machen, denn sie sind Wasserfest und absolut Outdoortauglich! Habe ich erwähnt das ich sie liebe? Was mache ich nur im Winter, ich wills sie gar nicht mehr aussziehen!!! Übrigens liebe ich auch das meine Zehen sicher verpackt sind - selbst Fussballspielen mit meinen Jungs geht wunderbar in diesen Schuhen! Wohooooo! Besser gehts nicht. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!!!! ;-)

Love love love my sandals very comfortable and can wear all day

Very comfortable and great support over hills and on the beach while keeping my feet cool in a very warm weather. + they look good with trousers shorts and a sun dress. Love them!

Die Sandalen sind klasse, sehr bequeme Laufsohle, trotzdem hübsch am Fuß. Leider haben sie mich am Verschluss gedrückt, deshalb zurück.

Superschuh, leicht, komplett outdoortauglich + trotzdem recht elegant durch die schräg (statt wie meist quer) laufenden Bänder über dem Mittelfuß. Achtung: Wenn frau (wie ich) vorn etwas hochgewölbte große Zehen hat (+ keine ganz flach auslaufenden), sollte sie eine halbe Nr. größer nehmen, als gewöhnlich, da die schwarze Kappe eher eng bemessen ist.
