We don't spend enough time in the car, or on the phone, to make huge use of a charger -- but it's the kind of thing you really want to have just in case. So I looked around and found a zillion brands and options. We chose this one and bought it two years ago. Some phones can take advantage of a slightly faster charge via PD that they negotiate with the charger via PPS. (Google will explain better than I can). The higher speed is only available on the C port because that's part of the PD spec. At first I only had an A-to-C cable to test with my phone, and it worked. I got a high-speed rated C-C USB cable, and the phone charged way faster. So I'm happy because this can handle any older device that only has a USB-A cable, but can fast-charge my phone. I've had generally good experience with Belkin products for many years and this item seems pretty durable. I don't leave it plugged in and I don't get it dirty, so I expect it will last.

Most cheap car charger ports charge your phone really slow. The Belkin charges your phone much faster. Especially with the c type port. Its also small not bulky compared to most.

Great charger that works well, the ports are easy to plug into and the compact size is nice. It may be a bit more spendy than your average gas station phone charger, but its worth it in the long run, those chargers always wind up breaking or having the case crack, but this charger is nice and durable.

These were purchased as gifts for younger family members that just got vehicles and they loved them. They work well in every situation. You can’t go wrong with these!

The Belkin 37W Dual Port Car Charger is great for charging devices fast while driving. It has two ports (USB-C & USB-A) that let you charge two devices at once. It’s well-made, fits easily in the car, and protects against overheating or overcharging. Though it's a bit pricey, its speed and reliability make it worth it for anyone needing power on the go.

I didn't see any issue, sometimes you need to push a bit to activate charging or just check the light on the device!

Eins nutze ich in meinem Auto, eins im Wagen meiner Partnerin und das dritte habe ich immer als Reserve dabei. Für mich ist es das beste Ladegerät, das ich je im Auto verwendet habe. Das Ladegerät steht kaum hervor, wirkt unauffällig und stört optisch überhaupt nicht im Innenraum. Trotzdem sitzt es fest in der Steckdose und wackelt nicht – auch bei unebenen Straßen oder Erschütterungen. Die Verarbeitung macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Das Gehäuse ist stabil und wirkt langlebig. Kein Überhitzen, kein Brummen – das Gerät bleibt auch bei längerer Nutzung angenehm kühl und zuverlässig. Auch die USB-C- und USB-A-Anschlüsse sind perfekt für unterschiedliche Kabeltypen – super praktisch, wenn man verschiedene Geräte laden möchte. Zusätzlich positiv: Die intelligente Ladeerkennung passt die Leistung je nach Gerät optimal an, sodass nichts über- oder unterladen wird. Das gibt mir ein sicheres Gefühl – besonders bei teureren Geräten wie iPhone, iPad oder AirPods. Insgesamt ein Top-Produkt, das ich jederzeit wieder kaufen würde – und das habe ich ja schon! Es ist einfach eines dieser kleinen Dinge, die im Alltag richtig gut funktionieren und die man nicht mehr missen möchte. Klare 5 Sterne und eine uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung!
