What speakers, you recommend

Klipsch R-15M or Klipsch R-51PM bookshelf speakers. I prefer the powered R-51PM, but the R-15M will work fine with the Crosley T400 since it has a built in pre-amp.

Is there a way to adjust the speed? I tried to adjust it from the bottom but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything and it is obviously slow.

I have tried several different speakers with this however the volume is extremely low. What speakers are recommended for this turntable?

The speakers will be extremely quiet unless they’re powered speakers, the set I have have their own power source.

Does it have those red and white input connections to insert into speakers?
