Sonicare 2100 series Electric Toothbrush.
A great toothbrush!! My husband and I both purchased one 4 years ago. They are both still going strong and still hold a good charge. I am going to purchase a new one for myself, as the on /off button is getting harder to use. But after 4 years of twice daily use, I'm not complaining!! I will purchase the same one, as I like having to same brush heads to buy for my husband and myself.

Excellent Electric Toothbrush โ Simple, Effective, and Reliable
This toothbrush delivers exactly what I was hoping for โ powerful cleaning without unnecessary features. Itโs easy to use, with a sleek and lightweight design that feels good in the hand. The vibrations are strong enough to give that dentist-clean feeling, and the built-in timer helps ensure a full, even brushing every time. The charging base is compact, and the battery lasts a long time between charges. I also appreciate how quiet it is during use. Replacement heads are simple to swap out, and everything about it just feels well-made. Overall, itโs a solid electric toothbrush that does its job really well โ no complaints at all. Highly recommend to anyone switching from manual brushing or looking for a dependable upgrade.

Very good value
I have been using these toothbrushes since they came out. Over the years they have become more complicated with features I don't want or need. This tooth brush is all anyone needs. I highly recommend it. Don't know how long it will last, but it does not cost that much, so you could replace these several times a year, not that I expect to, for the cost of the more sophisticated models with features you just don't need

Charger can stop working after a year
I bought this product in August 2024 and charger plug broke by April 2026. The constant beeping when plugged in was also annoying. The toothbrush itself was good though. For the price, I guess it's not meant to last beyond one to two years.

Best one out there
This toothbrush is perfect for me. My dentist has been telling me to use a gentle electronic toothbrush for quite a while now because the rough ones are making my gums receded. This one has 2 settings and I use the more gentle setting.

I should have gotten this YEARS ago!
Love it! Game changer for removing stains and plaque. It tickles a little, but for 2 minutes I can do it!

Each of these lasts about three to four months! Planned obsolescence.
I thought I'd come by and warn folks about these electric toothbrushes.See, Sonicare is a very famous brand of dental hygiene products, and the technology used here is proven to be very effective. Rapid gentle motion of a set of soft fibers-- you know. We all get it.So I've been using Philips Sonicare for many years, and I'm certain that my oral health has benefitted from that. The trouble is, Philips can't build one of these that lasts more than half a year. I keep having to replace the units because the power switch fails. One after another. The last purchase was 10 April. That's right-- just over three months ago.The rubbery membrane covering the power switch has cracked open and water has leaked into the switch, and the switch has failed. It either won't come on, or if it does finally come on, I can't then turn it off.Can you imagine? In the year 2024? Philips can't design and manufacture a power switch on a toothbrush that lasts more than a few months?Well, of course I know the answer. It's supposed to fail, and I know it.It's planned obsolescence, and I know it.I wanted to let you all know. These are very worthwhile products from the perspective of one's oral health. But the company is ripping you off intentionally.I'm at this moment going to another brand and I will not buy a Philips product of any kind again. It's a matter of principle to me.I won't. I refuse to bow down to these greedy and wasteful and arrogant corporations who try to manipulate me into more sales by intentionally manufacturing failure into their products. They are intentionally trying to arrange for us to develop habitual purchasing of their products, in repetitive cycles, again and again, and they're attempting to teach us to accept miserable quality as inevitable and only customary.I realize that this has become par for the course, and to many people it doesn't matter-- they're not bothered by constantly buying a new item, over and over and over again.I really don't care. I'm a discriminating and conscientious and logical person, and I refuse to participate in this kind of idiocy.

toothbrush broke after less than a year of use,
I'm very dissatisfied - the toothbrush broke after less than a year of use, even though all the storage and operating conditions for the toothbrush were met - it just suddenly started buzzing very quietly and had no effect on my teeth.

Truly effective and far better than manual brushing !
I've been skeptical for decades about electric toothbrushes and during all time, I kept vigorously brushing manually. I know exactly how much effort and attention to detail is needed to clean my teeth. All teeth have be brushed by every angle possible. So then I kept seeing this inexpensive Philips toothbrushes. I know that's a reputable brand. I figure, meh, ok, let's just try it. And OMG it actually works! Instead of brushing the crap out things, it's now a process of just aiming it in all the directions so that all needed contact happens. But the grunt work of removing plaque is done by the device! It really works. My teeth feel so smooth after a brush now. And with so much less effort! So yeah, I'm won over by this - and it took me decades.I then got 3 more for the rest of the family, and they like it too! This is all absolutely legit. I have no personal stake in this - simply sharing my excitement.

Quieter than others.
Have bought several of these over the years. This one feels lighter than the others and is definitely quieter. Very pleased.
