These are the best pans I’ve ever used. Far superior to stainless steel. The do not scratch, or stick to my food, and easy to clean, Worth the price.

Love this small fry pan and use it most every day for scrambled eggs, eggs over easy, stir fries, and heating up Philly steak with onions and peppers. I had a ceramic pan but it needed butter, not Canola spray, due to its finish and it eventually looked awful and got thrown in the trash. This pan, though heavy, uses a spray and looks as if it will last a very long time.

This pan us well loved in our home! It has great heat distribution and cooks evenly! Easy to wash and well worth the money! There is nothing better than having great tools in your kitchen!

I've been moving away from non stick pans in my kitchen but I just have to have one for eggs. This little pan is very well made with a comfortable handle and eggs slide right out of it. It feels solid and I'm very happy with it.

Nice pan, great none stick surface, but I hate that the rivets are on the inside. We mostly use this pan for eggs, and everything sticks on the exposed metal rivets, and they are a pain to get egg off of to clean the pan. I will look for something completely coated.

I've been using these pans for 2 years now. I cook with one of them every day. They are the best pans I've owned. Highly recommended. Don't put them in the dishwasher though because this is bad for nonstick pans.

Purchased over a year ago. There are a couple of small, not really scratches, but marks on the inside but does not affect function and I do not feel anything is "peeling". I use this skillet and take care of it but don't baby it either. Hand wash and use wood or silicone utensils. It is still super non stick and easy to clean. I love the lid with the heat resistant cover. Got this on a flash deal at a low price and feel it is worth it.

Very disappointed. This pan is advertised as “hard anodized,” but the black cooking surface is clearly a coating that peels off like a film. True hard anodized aluminum is part of the metal surface itself and should not peel in sheets like this. After normal use, the interior coating started lifting and could literally be pulled off by hand. That means this is more like a coated nonstick pan than genuine hard anodized cookware. Once the coating starts separating, it becomes unsafe and unusable. Misleading marketing and poor durability. I would not buy this again.

Lightweight - works well with little oil required - low heat to ensure that the pan itself does not burn - careful handwashing - sponge only - do not use the scrubber side of the sponge as you will damage your frying pan...

As always- Analon s quality shines through. Excellent quality. Pleasure to cook with.

Excellent non stick pan, great for crepes

Se ven muy buenos pero tuve que devolverlos porque venía rayado el más grande. Los separan con un círculo de cartón y los raya. Descuido de logística. Sí me aseguraran mandar unos en buen estado, los compraría de nuevo.

My fault - in UK Avalon’s Advanced Hard range is induction friendly but this colour is discontinued. So paid extra to import from US. Looks stunning - wonderful size. But does not work on induction hob so completely useless to me. In fairness, the description does not say it is induction friendly. Equally, it does not warn that it is not. I just assumed the same brand/model would be the same in US. So disappointed.
