I'm old school and I think motorcycles should have a tach as well as a speedo. My Suzuki Boulevard didn't. This is easy to install, just wrap the wire around the spark plug wire and mount it. Readability is great. Functionality is nice, auto-on and auto-shut-off. Hour meter displays when you shut the engine off. A nice little tach that would also work fine on other small-engine machines like lawn tractor or go-kart.

Works great. Best feature is that it remembers your last highest rpm so you don’t have to look down at 70 + mph. I’ve bought 2 and recommend this one to any motor head adrenaline junkies reading this.

Very easy to install, works great, the display is easy to read, was great to track RPMs for break in period on marine motor. The provided stick on to mount did not hold pass the first day mounted, will have to find my own solution for that, however overall very satisfied with purchase.

I bought this for my Ezgo golf cart with a 1-cylinder 4-stroke fuel injected Kawasaki engine to set my governor. It will read waaaay to high on jack stands in the garage. Reading 2500-3300rpms at engine start/engagement and then showing above 7000 + at full pedal. SOMETIMES after 15 seconds, it will start reading lower and lower to what may be a reasonable tach reading. Again, only on jack-stands. On road-testing, it would never read anywhere near accurate. Always reading high. I have wrapped the wire 3x, 5x, 6x, 7x and even 8x and no difference nor benefit. Tried different "engine" setting configurations, but to no avail. After sale customer service attempted possible solutions, but to no avail. They did ultimately issue me a refund, so a good company to deal with in that respect.

Works great, don’t know how accurate it but seems to be pretty accurate. FYI using it on a 47cc Goped, very easy install

Followed instructions for my engine. Many modes for different engines. Set to 4 stroke 1 cylinder. Two different modes for that configuration. It said start with 4S1C, if that RPM seems too low move to the other mode. Well, that first setting the RPM read way too high, not low. Went to second mode, closer but you could tell it was not reading correctly. If I changed RPM it did not, then it would try to correct after 5-8 seconds then jump around when throttle was stable. No customer service contacts on paperwork. Couldn't find any online either. Didn't tell in paperwork how to wrap detection wire around coil wire. Like how many wraps around or spacing on wraps. I tried several different combinations, it didn't change anything.

Easy to install, and it works perfect. Easy to operate also. I put it on a new WEN inverter generator to keep track of running hours. Good product.
