Excellent quality at an economical cost.
If you want a great starter PC for gaming at a relatively inexpensive cost, the Skytech Shadow is the perfect choice. It's able to keep up with games released as recently as the last few months at maximum graphic settings. Additionally the 1 TB SSD is perfect if you play Grand Strategy Games like those from Paradox Interactive. Do be aware though, that monitors, extra storage space, controllers that are not your mouse and keyboard will have to be bought separately; I knew this going in, this is more a caution to those who've never bought a gaming PC before. One nice little bonus I discovered, though the computer I bought here on Amazon was advertised with a Ryzen 3 3100 processor, my system actually has the better Ryzen 5 3600 processor. Windows 11 does not come pre-installed, however you will be prompted to download it after initial start-up. Now one more thing I should warn customers about, though this isn't a negative with the product itself rather with Amazon and UPS: do not trust the projected delivery date that Amazon gives you. It does not take into consideration Skytech's timetable for assembly and testing of the computer, which is about two weeks, nor does it take into consideration the fact that it will ship through UPS Small Package as a Ground order. The latter is the problem, UPS Ground orders can take anywhere between five days to two and a half weeks to get from the seller to the customer. This is due to the inefficiency of UPS's package tracing, as often they won't even scan the package until either the delivery or until it's at the local distribution center. That being said patience is a must, but if you are concerned Skytech's Customer Service is very helpful.

Great computer for its price! I loves PINK SETUP!!
This computer has been really great so far and has been running my games very smoothly with awesome graphics. For the price of this computer, you get a lot out of it. The price was 799$ when I bought this computer but the price has gone up a little. I was able to stream a game and run it very smoothly. I dont like that it is a little chunky for my tastes but it looks great overall and isn't overly big. The RGB lights are awesome and I bought a pink set up and I lovee it!!!! (: EDIT: Original purchase November 2020. It is now March 2022 and the computer still runs great after light usage. The motherboard comes with only two slots for ram so there is no way to upgrade aside from getting entirely new ram. Computer also comes configured with 1 intake fan and 3 exhaust fans, which isn't the worst but not super optimal. Overall it has been a fantastic PC for the price and still works great. Cleaning out the interior tomorrow and will continue to update how long it lasts.

Nice PC for light gaming
Edit: 3/18/2021: the keyboard has become finicky - windows fails to recognize the connected USB device, so I'd recommend junking the keyboard or having a backup. The backlight on it was nice, but not worth the headache. It's been quite a few years since I built a PC, and don't really have the time anymore so bought this one for hosting coop games with family. The case is pretty slick, and cleanly constructed. The parts are installed well with plenty of space for future changes. No bloat in the windows install is nice! So far everything works well, playing games like 7dtd and Raft. The one "con" is the wifi antennas connecting wires are a bit too short - the antennas have a small white circular base with the antenna in the middle. These are magnetic so I stuck to the front of the PC tower although an extra foot of wire would have allowed better placement. I believe these come with the motherboard so Skytech doesn't really have control of this design.

Good for the price, good for what I need
This is my second gaming pc system purchase from Skytech Gaming. I have been quite satisfied with my other system which was purchased a little over 2 years ago, and with the prices currently of GPU's and chips. I chose to go with Skytech this round as an option for a pre-build. I wanted a rig to replace a almost 10 yr old Dell XPS system which was clearly in need of retirement. Which would be primarily for home and multimedia work. And for the price of what GPU's and chips are currently going for individually, this is a good deal. Furthermore I also did not want to deal with all the mess of proprietary stuff from the hardware, software and bloatware companies like Dell, HP, etc do with their systems. The pros; - The price, I mean really. The price of the Nvidia 3050 alone is close to half the price of the system (as of writing this review) - I have not yet tried gaming on it, so far it has been as mentioned before for multimedia purposes. So Adobe programs such as photoshop, video editing have been working quite well with no lag issues. - Easy setup. (I am in no way a computer whiz to where I can build my own systems. But fairly competent to work on them and problem solve issues when they arise) Should be no issue for someone who has little experience, as long as you read the setup guide. - If you are thinking about it. It is Windows 11 capable. (I decided to go back to Windows 10 which it came pre-installed with originally and I won't go into why I disliked Windows 11. You can do your own research there) - Quiet, not heard any noisy fans that would scare the weak of heart Negatives - one star for the following reasons; - Coming with 8 gig of ram when most systems are coming with 16gb as standard. (Of course can be fixed with a minor upgrade RAM purchase) - I appreciate the CPU fan is a Coolermaster brand that was installed. What I don't like that I cannot change or turn off the RGB light on it, since it is plugged in directly into the motherboard. Versus being able to change the RGB lighting for the rest of the system. - XMP was not set on in the BIOs to take full use of the 3200Mhz speed of the ram (default was 2666) so bit of a miss on quality control check there. As for Skytechs tech support. I have not needed a reason to contact them. So I cannot speak on that behalf. But it is good to have that option available if needed.

Don't listen to the low reviews.
Honestly, when I bought this I was looking at the 1 and 2 star reviews and scaring myself. I figured if it's that bad I'll just return it no big deal. But it's been two weeks now and I'm amazed, for such a low price. Although I did swap the RAM from the stock 8GB to the XLR8 16GB 3600MHz but I intended to anyways.. not because the one that came was faulty or anything. In these two weeks I had tried many games in ultra settings like GTAV, Assetto Corsa, Euro and American Truck Simulator, BeamNG, and COD MW and all of them ran flawlessly at great FPS without any issues. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to get into gaming. I rated the tech support 5 stars but haven't really had a reason to contact them but I'm assuming they are amazing.

Amazing Experience (Worth the Money)
I've had this computer for a month and it's amazing. They stay true to their word and I would recommend this to anyone. They don't install any unnecessary software and the pc is really clean. If any of you are wondering about the RGB, there is no software to change it with the motherboard it came with ASRock 520M/ac. You just change it through pressing an RGB button. The keyboard and mouse are very low quality and I would recommend them for gaming. The mouse buttons are too hard, and the keyboard is memory foam. Not the best for gaming. Some Games I Play FPS: Fortnite Competitive: 170-180 fps Fortnite Epic: 70-90 fps Rainbow 6 Siege Ultra: 120-150 fps Minecraft 16 Chunks: 300-500+ fps (Depending Which Version) Valorant High: 180-200 fps

Runs great
Easy to set up and get playing, handles a plethora of games with minimal fuss. Handles really well for the price and power level, minor complaint with the keyboard as the space bar got stuck a little bit, but nothing worth raising a fuss over. Overall a proud purchase. Already played several high-end-ish games on it and it handles them all amazingly well. Handles games and drawing software.
