Extreme Cream, 1.7 fl oz (50ml)

This is one of my favorite creams. I have sensitive skin and sometimes I have dry irritation (kind a flakes) on my chin because of cold weather in winter or from swimming and being in chlorine too much. This cream saved me every time. I use it morning and evening, the smell is neutral and it’s not oily, but also not lightweight. FYI: sometimes Costco has a good deal on it for 2 pieces.

This is a thick cream but not oily or hard to spread on the skin. In fact, it has a mattifying effect on the skin after applying. It did not sting when I applied to my barrier damaged skin, which is a huge deal (because even products like vanicream sting). I also love the light herbal spa-like scent. Will purchase again for sure. Highly recommend to people with dry, damaged sensitive skin.

I ordered this to restore my moisture barrier after having a laser peel on my face once the peeling was complete. My skin on my face felt tight, dry, & like sandpaper prior to using this. After just one night my skin felt amazing! I really couldn’t believe it, I didn’t expect that drastic of a difference from one use. I absolutely love this stuff & would buy it again. It even comes with a little spatula so you don’t have to put your fingers in the jar. I wouldn’t say this is lightweight, but I definitely don’t think it’s too thick or heavy either. It melts right into my skin. It doesn’t have any scent, which I love because I hate scented products on my face.

1 bazillion/10 I have sensitive rosacea prone skin and I’ve worked hard on repairing my skin barrier for a while now. I was a die hard LRP Cicaplast B5 gal (iykyk) but this is far superior. I use this almost every day. Either to lock in my nighttime skincare actives like retinol or on nights I need repair after dermarolling or exfoliating or going to hard with actives ;) I also use it on my hubby who works outside in the cold and gets wind burn. Next morning skin is beautiful again!

This is by far one of the best purchases I have made. It is absolutely lovely and a great way to lock in your night creams. I’m so happy I found this product.

I’ve been looking for a face cream that keeps my face moisturized. I have really dry skin so many others that claim they keep your skin hydrated don’t work. This actually does for my skin. This cream goes on so smooth and cools the skin at the same time. A little goes a long way. I mainly wear it at night. The scent is very minimal that I don’t really notice it. The price on this is better than most. I like that this is high quality. I might switch to the lighter version during the warmer months, but I think this would still work year round.

I went too heavy handed on retinoids and ended up compromising my skin barrier. This cream saved my skin. I went from hypersensitive stinging and flaking, patchy dryness to fully recovered soft skin within a week. The cream is definitely on the heavier and thicker side, and I was worried I was going to experience irritation (because at the worse point my skin was reacting to even gentle cleansers meant for sensitive skin), but had absolutely no irritation at all. Slathered this on liberally every night for a week on my problem areas (forehead, cheeks, chin, corners of my mouth), and then did a regular amount for another week after that and my skin barrier is good as new. It's not sticky by any means but it is a thick cream. I have no skin barrier issues right now, so I bring this to business trips because hotel air dries me out like no other, or if I feel like my skin needs extra help overnigt, this is what I put on. Will absolutely buy agaim when I run out.

The earlier/ original version of this was the best barrier repairing cream ever. This in contrast causes breakouts. Its original version was the only thing that worked for me for barrier repair. This one is new version and is worst for skin. Don’t buy.

Leichtes tragegefühl, gut für fettige Haut. Habe jetzt den ganzen Tiegel verbraucht kann nicht sagen das meine Haut weniger rot ist aber trotzdem eine gute Creme.

Excellent ingredients that support the skins natural functions and barrier. For reference I have clog prone skin that combo but dehydrated. The cream is thick and I didn’t think it would work for my oily patches but it actually balances my skin out beautifully. If you know anything about skincare then you know this cream has some wonderful ingredients in that will actually repair and protect the barrier. I think this cream would work for all skin types just not super oily. In that case go with the lighter version which I love in the summer time. I would recommend putting a milky toner on first for hydration, I like the byoma milky toner for this purpose, it’s a nice combination and works for me.
