Fit Simplify Resistance Tube Bands 12 Piece Set with Instruction Booklet

This is a nice set for the home gym, provided you can find a place to anchor them securely.

I am rehabbing a torn rotator cuff with these resistance bands with hopes of avoiding surgery. These are very durable and offer different resistances. They do not feel like they will break and they attach well and have consistent resistance from start to finish of rep. So far so good and these are as good as the ones that I use with my physical therapist. My daughter has been using them as well for a low impact workout and she likes them too. Great value and I would recommend for anyone trying to rehab a rotator cuff.

This kit is the closest I could find to the equipment used at my favorite physical therapy place. I've had the kit for several weeks and have used it daily. Can't totally comment on their durability yet, but they are very well made! Thick woven fabric, heavy stitching, good carabiner clips, soft-padded hand grips on the hand pulls, strong quality tubing, great semi-soft non-marking door stopper that works above my closet door and in the hinge side of the door. Helpful booklet that tells the maximum strength each color band can handle (in pounds). It also contains numerous exercise photos with directions. Has foot "straps," which I'm not using presently. And it all comes in a convenient drawstring bag to keep your unused attachments from getting lost. The only reason I gave it a "4" is that the fabric is too thick to place through the carabiner on the end of the tube every time, which you have to do to move the door stopper from the top of door to the hinge side of the door, and back again, or it won't fit through the small hinge opening of a door. You cannot slide the tube and handle through the hinge gap, nor the door stopper, of course! I solved this problem by adding a huge carabiner of mine to the small carabiner of theirs! That way, I simply unclip the smaller tube carabiner from my huge carabiner, which makes for a quick time change!

This is the best set of resistance bands I've ever had. The 12 piece set comes with an instruction booklet to simplify your workouts. If your doctor told you to start adding resistance weight to your workouts, this is the set to get to start working on strength training.

These exercise bands are really nice. They’re easy to use, have good stretch, and work well for my workouts. Simple, lightweight, and great for adding resistance.

Me ha gustado el kit, viene bastante completo y llegó bien. Aún no lo he usado pero será de mucha utilidad para el gym y ejercicio en casa.

Items are missing in the received packets. No handle bars found thus making the resistance bands totally useless o use as I cannot use these bands without that, moreover gate knob is also not present in the box. I have asked for the return.

This product is very poor quality and is made in china.

One of the bands was defective, I wrote to seller via amazon channel, no response.

Love thyem , they look and feel like good quality, I have been using them almost everyday since I got them and they are perfect for my routine.
