what is the weight resistance for each color band? (20 lbs 30lbs 40 lbs?)

I just looked it up on their website and unlike theraband, blue is the strongest band. Yellow (5-10 lbs), Red (15-20 lbs), Green (20-25 lbs), Black (25-30 lbs), and Blue (30-45 lbs).

Does the door anchor in any way damage the door (top, bottom, or side) when using the bands? Thanks in advance for any help given.

I have not noticed any damage to my doors. Seems to be very easy on them.
